Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by das war nix 3 Nächte mit der Familie in Venedig, es war so toll geplant, gekommen ist es leider ganz anders. An und Abreise sowie Citybesuche bedeuten immer mindestens 15 Minuten Fußweg zum ersten öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel indem Fall der Bus. Upgrade Fehlanzeige es gibt nur Standardzimmer Executive Rooms gibt es hier nicht, Zeitung morgens an die Zimmertür, Fehlanzeige, ein Flasche Wasser musste erbettelt werden. Das Personal wusste nichts von Club-Mitgliederregeln. Das Zimmer glänzte mit 26,5°C und einer defekten Klimaanlage und einer geräuschvollen Abzugsanlage, die ein schlafen unmöglich machte. Rasieren bei der Badbeleuchtung ist unmöglich vom schlechten Licht her wie von fehlenden Vergrößerungsspiegel. Der Fernseher hat ein deutschen Sender, SAT 1, es war aber nicht möglich den zu empfangen, der er ständig wackelte und den Ton verzerrte, man nahm das Thema zur Kenntnis aber kümmert sich nicht weiter darum. Im neuen Zimmer ein Tag später war es zwar 2°C kälter aber anstatt 3 Betten gab es nur noch 2 kleine Kingsize Betten, katastrophal. Als wir beim Frühstück waren wurde die Küchendecke gemalert ohne Abdeckung lief das Personal mit Essen darunter durch!!! Der O-Saft war dermaßen mit Wasser verdünnt das konnte man nicht trinken, am zweiten Tag war der Saft normal gut ist auch was anderes. In den fast 20 Jahren Holiday Inn Erfahrungen, war das mit Abstand das schlechteste was ich bis her erleben musste. Ich erwarte eine Stellungnahme April 15, 2015
