Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No internet connection, horrible service They quoted me $15 Euros to take a taxi to the train Station. So when I asked for them to call the taxi I was Given a shady taxi service. That didn't even have the Taxi sign on his car and no meter inside. Also, he Wouldn't accept a credit card and charged me $20 Euros instead of the $15 I was quoted by the staff at Holiday inn. Also, another weird thing was that the car looked exactly like the holiday inn shuttle bus, but with no makings on it. All very shady. I felt ripped off and lied to. Was not very happy with this Holiday Inn at all. Will never stay there again. Also, the air conditioning didn't even work in our room!!! No internet service in our room either!!!!! And it was very loud at night, hard to sleep. November 6, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff The room was a bit cramped but very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was more than we expected with a large verity of foods. The staff offered recommendations for where to go in Venice and made our reservations for the shuttle in and out of town. Would stay there again when in Venice. November 4, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unreal Nice facility. However, we cannot believe that the Manager, Franco is in the hospitality business based on his personality. My daughter and wife arrived ahead of me and checked into the 2 rooms. At check in, Franco informed them that the credit card used to hold the rooms was invalid and that he could have cancelled the rooms before they arrived. He was rude and spoke in an intimidating manner. It turns out that the saved credit card in my IHG profile had expired. If I had been notified at any time prior to the check in of this matter, I would have resolved it promptly. Later when I arrived, I observed Franco interacting with a customer at the front desk, He was being quite harsh with the woman involved. I guess that is just his nature. The hotel is fine otherwise except for the lack of airport shuttle service. October 29, 2014
