Negativ war nur die Tatsache dass der auf der Webseite für dieses Hotel stehende Vermerk 'Pets welcome' in der Reservierungsbestätigung dann auf 'kleine Haustiere beschränkt' wird. Da ich diesen auf Seite 2 stehenden Vermerk nicht gelesen hatte, stand ich mit meinem Dobermann an der Rezeption. Mit murrenden Bemerkungen durfte dieser aber dann auch ins Zimmer. Irreführend ist auch der Hinweis auf inklusive Leistungen wie Shuttle-bus nach Venedig sowie Abendessen und Frühstück, die dann allerdings für eine andere Preisklasse als die gezeigte galten. Oder war das etwa nur die 'Geschäftstüchtigkeit' der Italiener? November 24, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No internet connection, horrible service They quoted me $15 Euros to take a taxi to the train Station. So when I asked for them to call the taxi I was Given a shady taxi service. That didn't even have the Taxi sign on his car and no meter inside. Also, he Wouldn't accept a credit card and charged me $20 Euros instead of the $15 I was quoted by the staff at Holiday inn. Also, another weird thing was that the car looked exactly like the holiday inn shuttle bus, but with no makings on it. All very shady. I felt ripped off and lied to. Was not very happy with this Holiday Inn at all. Will never stay there again. Also, the air conditioning didn't even work in our room!!! No internet service in our room either!!!!! And it was very loud at night, hard to sleep. November 6, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff The room was a bit cramped but very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was more than we expected with a large verity of foods. The staff offered recommendations for where to go in Venice and made our reservations for the shuttle in and out of town. Would stay there again when in Venice. November 4, 2014
