Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Service needs improvement I paid with my points for the first time ever and the staff seems to be mad about it as they just gave me the keys and paper to sign. Other guest received better service and better check in service even they where no members. I ask for 2 beers to drink at the pool and ask to be charged to my room (my wallet was in the room) after 15 min I received a not friendly call asking me to paid the beers as I did not have a credit card on file (the staff never ask for anything) This is my third time that I stay at this hotel but after this experience, I will stay at the Hotel Indigo as they have better customer service as they made me feel at home all the time. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Una estancia no convincente Esta estancia fue no convincente porque la luz entra por la ventana a pesar de tener corrida la cortina, el aire acondicionado no funcionó correctamente y no me pudieron proporcionar un control para el mismo. La habitación en general no me fue agradable. El personal de mantenimiento no soluciono mi problema con el aire acondicionado ya que nadamas lo prendió y no pudo mover la temperatura. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Una mala Noche El Hotel es increible, su arquitectura colonial es muy bella y me gusta que mantengan ese tipo de ambiente, lo lamentable es que ya estando en la habitación se convierte en un inconveniente el tener las ventanas de madera; tuve la mala fortuna de estar durante un fuerte viento que provocó que las ventanas se la pasaran chocando, rechinando y haciendo ruido toda la noche, ésto es realmente molesto cuando uno está cansado y quiere dormir y disfrutar de esas almohadas tan cómodas que tienen; la verdad yo no recomendaría éste hotel a mis amistades por éste motivo, November 20, 2014
