Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not comfortable hotel At ~7am the fire alarm started to make a very loud noise in all over the hotel. apparently, there was a problem in the garage?!. As a Platinum Ambassador member i expected the hotel will take full responsibility and will compensate the guests (at least myself) for this horrible event and experience. i was up at 7am, it rude my whole day and all my business meetings went wrong.
