Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by room for improvement during my first visit, i was not made aware the direct parking lot would be blocked off due to a parade- being that i was on a serious business time constraint i sufficed for finding alternate parking arrangements, my check in was fine, but i was not informed about breakfast times when asking. i ended up paying for two breakfast vouchers only to be told i can get a few small minor cups of juice as i had missed the breakfast time i was never informed of despite asking. the water was ice cold and during my now current visit(decided to give this venue a second try assuming the parade was the cause of the issues), these issues persist... both visits have lacked hot water but have been on different floors and i rarely use the bath/shower during high volume hours (4am and 7pm) they do not offer the toiletries listed and i still was not informed of the breakfast times until i stepped in the elevator where i thankfully saw a sign. ultimately, my biggest concern in not having hot water and wasting money on a service i was never even able to utilize. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quick stay Upon entering the hotel, I was very impressed how updated and clean it was. The front desk staff was unbelievably friendly, making sure we were welcomed. Did not visit the restaurant, bar or pool area as it was a quick stay. You can feel comfortable booking at this hotel. January 13, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nightmare First, no heat lobby, hallways, and restaurant. We were given a $20.00 off dinner or breakfast, that was good for the next day, not for your take back to your room dinner. It was 35 degrees in the restaurant. I had a $15.00 coupon for breakfast and asked Rock to credit me for that, she looked and it was $10.00 today. I looked at my next stop to find it was still $15.00. They said fill out a paper that wanted what company we were here with and others at different hotels and they would give us 1,000 points, haven't seen them. When we left Rock said they give us points for our trouble with the heat. They haven't been found.. I see that another person also spoke of the heat, four days after our stay, they told us the part would be there in the am, I guess not. January 13, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Relaxing Vacation days Thank you so much to the management here. I was here in Dec and had a bad experience with the kitchen staff, cold food, attitudes. I would love to thank the GM here. She did a wonderful job talking with her staff. I went back in Jan and wow what a different. The food was hot, staff was friendly in the kitchen area. The young man that brought the food out was so nice he waited to make sure we were happy with the food, Job well done... This hotel is right back to where I always remember it being. Thank You.. Thank You. Amanda is always amazing with the customers at the front desk, very polite and professional. Keep up the GREAT Job!!!! Customer for life..... January 6, 2016
