All rooms are oceanfront, however the hotel is in need of some updates. Everything seemed dated, patio chairs needed to be cleaned, hot water was luke warm at best after allowing some time to heat up. Parking is limited on site, additional parking off the property is available. The boardwalk runs between the beach and the hotel, it is very well lit in the evenings; this was an unfortunate distraction to what could have been a romantic balcony view at night. We did not feel completely safe in the evenings while walking to and from local businesses. Our concerns were addressed by the staff, management was more than gracious and accommodating. Staff gets an A+ from us.

This hotel is GREAT for off season visits. Amanda at the front desk is really nice and pays attention to all details. I am not sure what it is like during the season, but I would definitely book here again during the off season.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, this is the first time that I have been disappointed with this property. I was assigned room 204 which is a handicap room, I am not handicapped. It is designed to be able to roll a wheel chair into the shower, no shower curtain, water goes everywhere, just a sink, no counter top, no place to put toiletries, small mirror, poor lighting. It was either too hot or too cool in the room, the temperature controller is not accurate. I was level with the street lights, could not lookout over the ocean because of the blinding street lights. The stairwell is directly across the hall, the door of the stairwell was slamming all night long. Their are too many other hotels in that area to choose from. You are not going to see me again.
