I'll walk you through the registration and check in process:
I first approached the front desk and you just knew the girl had or was having a bad day. This girl should never be at the front desk. I handed her my photo ID and credit card and she asked me if I wanted to check in for both rooms I told her no the gentleman that was with me would put the room in his name. She snapped "no that is not possible". I thought I misunderstood her so I asked her again she looked at me and said I need your photo ID I said I had already given it to her. She then got angry and said I didn't ask for your I need his and pointed to the other salesman. She then said the room is going to be in your name. I told her the company required us to have the rooms in our own names. She didn't care and put both rooms in my name. There was other dialog but no sense in telling the rest. Suffice to say it was not a pleasurable experience.
Then dinner time came we go down to order an appetizer and then dinner. We had to ask a second time for the appetizer in which she said "the cook decided to bring out everything at once so here it is" she thought this was so funny. We had to ask for the remote to TV 4 times before she got it for us. Then it didn't work.
The bartender was very nice and engaging.
The next morning New person at the front desk. It was raining outside so I decided to make small talk while picking up a paper and asked "the weather not very good today supposed to be like this the rest of the day"? Her response well "I don't know I don't have an antenna on but I have to look at the TV over there if I want to know" It was definitely time to check out and leave this place with so much personality!!

The Hotel is great for business travelers and always stay here when in Waco area.

Sad for the spike in prices during Baylor events. Decent hotel.

Staff was friendly I got in about 2 am but wasn't able to utilize my late check out regardless of my top ihg status nor was even acknowledge about being such member as other hotels offer snack water or points. But other than that staff was friendly room service was good but not much of a selection I would stay stay again if need be.

We have been staying at this hotel for the past 4 years when visiting my daughter. We have had a wonderful experience every time. I highly recommend this facility.

The elevator was at the end of the hall, and not in the middle. When a guest goes to and from the room it is not as convenient as it should be if the elevator was in the middle of the building.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing. The rooms were super clean and very well equip with everything we needed. I am a Elite member and the upgraded my room to a suite without me even asking for it that was very thoughtful and they know how to take care of your costumers.
