Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Someone needs to learn how to make a Bed Not a great first visit Started off waiting at reception for over 5 mins for someone to check me in (at 5.30pm!!) Room fine however had to strip and completely re-make bed.- under sheet rucked up under top sheet which wasn't properly positioned with a good 100mm of mattress showing at top of bed. Chamber maid either rushed or didn't care. Finally had to send steak in mixed grill back twice - Chef apparently unable to cook a Medium Rare steak (first 2 both medium / well done) but happy to send out under cooked Sausages !!. Going to be staying in this area regularly but can't see myself coming back to this place in a hurry - no where near standard of other H Inns I use regularly - is it owned /run by someone else? Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing and peaceful Best nights sleep in a longtime and loved the power of the water in the shower made it feel like home and not like a hotel many other hotels have cheap rooms and poor shower facilities very proud of this hotel will be stopping here again January 28, 2016

We had reason to utilise for a group meeting on Jan 20th -22nd and Darren and his team made it a well organised and enjoyable experience. They were on hand to ensure that everything ran smoothly and that the whole team felt relaxed and comfortable. I have always found the team and the hotel to be very vigilant/welcoming and organised. Darren is always available to react to any issues that may arise and he works tirelessly to ensure that all visitors enjoy their stay. I always look forward to spending time here. January 26, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional old fashioned service Its been a long time since I have visited a hotel where the breakfast team looked after the clients so well. Being asked on day two as I entered the restaurant is it coffee again remembered from the previous day is such a nice touch. Only negative was the comfort of the beds and pillows both very clean but the bed hard and pillow flat. absolutely recommend January 18, 2016
