Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unhappy Guest Although we very disappointed due to the major amount of construction being performed on the hotel, I would visit in the future to experience it's finished state. We would have avoided the disappointment by booking a room elsewhere had we been aware of the condition of the hotel. I stayed at this hotel about a few years ago and had a very positive experience. I would have appreciated the hotel notifying me of the conditions. I am still positive toward Holiday Inn hotels and suggest that this hotel is not representative of most Holiday Inn experiences. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Nice and comfortable Stay I enjoyed the room, and the beds, pillows, carpets were very nice (tops for comfort). Very clean and good smelling the moment we walked into the room. The hotel was under renovation so a fair amount of construction was going on but not bad becasue the walls were pretty sound proof, very helpful. The restaurant's food was ok, much room for improvement. A free breakfast would of been nice but the staff there were very kind and friendly which we appreciated after such a long day of driving. Overall real good stay, After construction is over and food improved on this would be better. I would return to stay here again. Thank you May 20, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff Room was big and clean. Pool was warm and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. They are under construction just so you know. Did not affect us much. Its going to be a beautiful hotel when it is done. I will be going back if I ever need a hotel in Warren again. May 7, 2015
