The All American Breakfast and Buffet is outstanding. However, it's the staff that makes the difference. They are exceptional when it comes to their professionalism and friendliness. I called and they had it and were kind enough to send it to me due to the distance to the hotel... However if I knew that it was going to cost me 50 dollars to have them fedex a 30 dollar sweater well I would not have done it. So if you leave some thing in the hotel ask how much before you tell them to fedex back to you. February 16, 2015

It begins with a friendly smile and a nod of recognition from the front desk personnel. This customer appreciation attitude continues throughout the hotel staff. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No door on suite We were traveling with two small children, so I paid extra to stay here and get a suite. Unfortunately, our suite did not have a door between the bedroom and the sitting room, so both rooms had to be dark and quiet when the kids were asleep (no watching TV after the kids were in bed.) I was disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs while we were there; I had booked a hotel with an indoor pool because my kids love swimming. Hotel restaurant staff were very kind and accommodating except for the last day. We wanted to grab two boxes of cereal for the kids to eat in the car and had a coupon for the day, but the staff hassled my husband about the cereal and only complied grudgingly. January 23, 2015
