The front desk staff (Shaniel) went out of her way to ensure we got a crib for our son and called to ensure we had everything we needed once we got settled in. She also went out of her way to interact with my children throughout our stay. The restaurant staff (Gabby, Nikki, and Tina) all were great in helping my family get food and feel comfortable for breakfast and dinner. One night around 10:30 pm we had a problem with hot water and it was immediately resolved by the maintenance staff. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. The staff treated my wife and kids as if they were family. It was a pleasant experience and really made my trip easier knowing that they were being taken care of at the hotel. August 20, 2014
