The staff and management were over and above friendly. They really made you feel comfortable and at home.
The only downside is the bar is very small and the menu is pretty limited.

staff was helpful and well-meaning. Anything wrong with the hotel as a result of whoever owns it. Horrible food, Bad drinks, high powered lights directed into the rooms, horrible lighting in the eating area. I stayed here because they had a restaurant and I would not have to leave the hotel, therefore I will never be back to this holiday based on the much worse than average food.

This Holiday Inn is a quiet place off M53.
Restaurant was good if not great for breakfast.
Room clean and beds pretty comfy.

I enjoy my stays at the Holiday Inn, Warren, MI for many reasons. I expect the physical environment to be clean and comfortable. The All American Breakfast and Buffet is outstanding. However, it's the staff that makes the difference. They are exceptional when it comes to their professionalism and friendliness. They extend the utmost in hospitality!

Hotel was good however I left a sweater in my room when I checked out. I called and they had it and were kind enough to send it to me due to the distance to the hotel... However if I knew that it was going to cost me 50 dollars to have them fedex a 30 dollar sweater well I would not have done it. So if you leave some thing in the hotel ask how much before you tell them to fedex back to you.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Free and reliable wifi. Little extras like free cookies and mints in lobby were appreciated.
Unfortunately pool was out of service during our visit so did not have a chance to use.

Customer service appears to be the focus for all employees at this facility. It begins with a friendly smile and a nod of recognition from the front desk personnel. This customer appreciation attitude continues throughout the hotel staff. This is the primary reason I continue to choose this hotel when I travel to the Detroit-market.
