En general la estadía es muy buena sólo que mi única sugerencia es el servicio de desayuno, tenemos que llegar temprano al trabajo y si es más rápido el servicio y mayor personal en la mañana en la cocina estaría excelente. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Annoying Alarm but Comfy Pillows. Overall stay was fine. Staff wasn't overly friendly. An alarm kept going off in the empty room next to us so I slept terribly. First time it went off I went downstairs to the front desk because there weren't clear instructions on how to call the front desk. They went up and turned it off.. obviously just pressed snooze because it started going off again. Went back down to the desk. No smiles or overly apologetic. Alarm was turned off again. Tried to go back to sleep but could hear the neighbors across from my room laughing.. both of our doors were closed. The shuttle service was a joke. So if you plan a wedding and book out a number of rooms make sure the hotel knows how many people are planning on using the shuttle because they just expected us to use a van. My significant other and I ended up just using an Uber to get back to the hotel when the shuttle service was supposed to be provided. Not sure why they couldn't pull a van from another hotel to help out. Pillows were AMAZING though. January 27, 2016

Its near the police station and well lit, so felt very safe arriving late. Room service was good, and I'd stay there again January 24, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jan 2016 Your staff is a hard working team; I see them rotating tasks and sharing the responsibilities to keep folks staying at the inn comfortable. My room was adequate, but the bright lights from the parking lot illuminate the room and make it difficult to fall asleep. Consider redirecting the lights to the ground or installing dark curtains. Hot water takes more time to be ready in the evening than the morning hours. Sometimes the toilet water is dirty from the drainage from upper floors, there should be a plumbing fix for this issue. If buffet hours cannot be extended, then offer meals to Gold IHG members and above anytime. I just cannot leave my job to get a complimentary meal -- my job is the reason why I can stay at your hotel every month. More flexibility on your side is desired on mine. January 24, 2016
