A really long wait at Reception to check in, a queue of 6 people in front of me, it was a very slow process to check in. Didn't like that I had to secure £30 extra on credit card for food etc before I even knew what I was going to spend.
The bar area is very small and had to ask if I could sit in the waiting area of the restaurant rather that be perched on a stool at the bar. The room service food was very good, though had difficulty getting through to room service, couple of attempts and waiting on the phone whilst it rang for ages. Didn't choose to take the breakfast, so can't comment on it. With regards location, I found it difficult to find as no sign posting leading up to it, so had to rely on sat nav, going round the houses to get to it, and nearly missed it then!

Two young guys were running the bar and having problems with the barrels but were helpful and sorted out issues quickly. They even helped sort out problems with some Laptops for residents

Convenient location but indifferent staff and poor food. Room ok but needs refurbishment. Basic tv channels without paying extra.
