Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Warwick Farm (ex Sunnybank) Everything was great the only thing I would say would be don't take the rooms ending in 03 these are rooms near the lifts and the noise is just continuous for the best part of the night. In our case we were in 403 and it was after midnight when the lifts stopped. The noise is constant. This may very well vary subject to clientele but in our case it was constant. May 22, 2015

Both events were exceptional in their planning, food selection and delivery of service. from the catering manager, chef, matred' and waiting staff all work at making each customer feel special. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good facilities, very helpful staff generally, ample breakfast & good quality The main problems were the lack of block out curtains in terms of light, and the excessive noise in the room from the Hume Highway; this highway has a lot of traffic both small vehicle and large trucks and the noise was intrusive. The other thing to note is that on arrival you need to inform guests that the hotel info is on the TV. April 25, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Older hotel that needs some work Unfortunately even though the staff were lovely the hotel let it down. The rooms have been upgraded and were nice but we had a room overlooking the atrium. The noise of the water/fountain during the night was a little annoying. We stayed over the weekend and the hotel was busy with coach groups. Even though we had the choice of a seperate area for breakfast, the coach groups seemed to be more inportant and our breakfast was not the best I have had. The poached eggs had been in the warmer so long they had gone hard and the bacon was cold. On Sunday morning there were not even enough plates. The ourdoor pool could do with a good clean. The location is good depending on where you are going in Sydney and it did suit our purposes. Unfortunately overall not what I expect from a Holiday Inn. April 22, 2015
