Parking was a little troublesome as the parking lot outside reception is quite small and was slightly flooded. However, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Food was great, the Butter Chicken was amazing. Concierge was friendly and engaging even when visibly busy and under pressure. Overall a great stay. December 7, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful property with engaged staff This is a recently renovated property, though it's quite a walk from the nearby train station. We found the staff and managers very engaged, and we were promptly greeted by a very handsome staff who checked us in upon arrival. The layout of the hotel is not the best, but the room smelled brand new and was very comfortable. I did not earn category bonus points for IHG hotel spend using my Chase IHG card, as I was billed not by a "Holiday Inn," but by a "SUNNYBROOK HOTEL WARWICK FARM." Not a big deal, but frustrating nonetheless. December 3, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A work in progress Enjoyed a three night stay at this property, it was interesting to see the changes from when I first stayed back in the eighties, there are plenty. The hotel design is interesting in the fact the only lift accessing the highest floor is out the rear of the property. Popular with Chinese tour groups, I feel it could improve it's popularity by offering a shuttle service to one of the nearby stations or Warwick Farm or Cabramatta as that's the nearest public transport, which is quite a walk. Only downside to the stay was being called after checkout to say I had to pay the an extra nights accommodation as I had left a day early early. There was nothing on my booking to confirm this yet the hotel insisted it's policy. Other strange quirk is the WIFI which uses the TV system to activate an in room access point, cheap, nasty and unreliable. Overall this property is good value, and with better management and the implementation of some smart ideas (put yourself in the shoes of your target market) it could be great. A guest laundry would also be nice. November 29, 2014
