Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice big room for families I had a conference at Georgetown University and brought the family to add-on a vacation. The 2-queen plus sofa bed room was spacious and comfortable. My only room complaint was that noise from the hall and adjoining rooms came through loud and clear - fortunately everyone was quiet by 10pm, so nothing disturbed our sleep. I really appreciated the shuttle service to Georgetown University - this service (they also go to the Metro station) makes this hotel an easy place to combine business and sightseeing. The servers in the restaurant, although overworked in my opinion, were always gracious and friendly - I want to particularly recognize Martha and TG! November 21, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient and Reasonably Priced I have stayed at this hotel several times. It's really nice when the front staff remember who I am and remember my personal needs while at this hotel. The restaurant has good meals and great staff, especially Betty, who was so cheerful and helpful. My only complaint is that I'm a down pillow sort of person and am never satisfied with the pillows in a hotel unless they are down. This trip, they weren't! November 17, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service for check in and we were able to get a cab. Everyone was very helpful. Check in was great and we had a call about an hour after we arrived to see if all was to our satisfaction. Reservations was helpful when we booked so we added breakfast and parking. When we needed a cab, the doorman got one for us immediately. Breakfast was great and service wonderful. November 10, 2014
