Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Average at best I usually love Holiday Inn, but I think the front desk and staff of this hotel was having an off day/week Hopefully in the future it is better. I will continue to enjoy my stays at other Holiday Inns, just not this one. December 17, 2014

The staff will not help you figure anything out. - They don't take the time to serve you. - They do the bare minimun - Also, know that the shuttle service is only available until 8:30pm (I was not informed of this when I first asked) December 12, 2014

I called front desk, was assured it would be delivered next day--never came!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED & the hotel did NOTHING. Not even an apology December 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff, Great Location, Great Experience! I have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn several times and always have a pleasurable experience. This visit I was greeted warmly by Moises at the front desk. I was in a bit of a rush to make a dinner reservation and Corinne was so helpful in calling a cab and notifying me when it had arrived. My room was clean and comfortable as usual. My only complaint is that I was unable to turn down the heat and it became warm during the night. All in all, a great stay and I will definitely be back! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Trumped-up charges A) You will have to pay $50.00 for what appears to be an authorization credit card charge. The charge is totally ridiculous. It's supposed to be a deposit and therefore reimbursable. But no, it was debited to my bank account (and in the process grew from $50.00 to $63.34 for no discernible reason) and I'm still trying to get it back. The "helpful" staff member told me "well, sir, that's between you and your bank..." Great! B) You will have to pay another ridiculous charge for parking, which I was told was $35.00. C) I had to add one more night's stay to my original plans. I had paid the non-refundable rate when my plans had to change because of the weather and they couldn't figure out how to add one more night without throwing out the savings I had merited for paying in advance. Look around for some other accommodation if you want to avoid these hassles. December 2, 2014
