Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Experienced lobby staff This was our first visit to the area. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a very nice young lady who was able to explain the check in process. She was very friendly. The gift shop worker was a young man from Burma who was very attentive as I chatted about our days visit to the museums. Our room was very neat and clean. We could view people walking the street below. The dining room service was good and the food was adequate. I would stay here again. April 15, 2015

The stay was very comfortable and the staff was very attentive to our needs. Moyses at the front desk was particularly helpful and accommodating during check in. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gt HI The staff are very friendly and helpful. I particularly am impressed that they remember us from earlier visits. Betty and Yeshi were just unbelievable in serving us in the restaurant, some of the best service ever. The one dark spot of my stays in this hotel, and it has been many, is the internet. Quite frankly, it stinks. The speeds were between .2 and .6 mps. Most times it was so slow it was unusable. Fortunately I had another internet service available during the day. If there was one thing that would keep me from staying here again it would be the totally unsatisfactory internet speed. April 14, 2015

Shuttle staff went above & beyond, offering dining tips, driving tips, what to see off the "tourist track" and super flexible if we changed our minds on destination mid-way thru! Room was your traditional 2 bed hotel room, nice & clean. Breakfast buffet had a large variety, just wish it was included in price of room automatically like at some other Holiday Inns.
