The front desk staff is barely civil and apparently has no authority to make decisions on their own. Be sure and look at the rates you sign for when you check in. Mine varied each night (went up). When asked about it at check out I was told that the rate was based on 'occupancy' and I signed for it. This hick will be staying somewhere else in the future.

Walked in and two employees were at the front desk. Walked to the closest one and said "Hello" looked down at my wallet to get my DL and Credit card out, look up and she is walking away. Never said a word. The guy at the other side just looks at me, so I walk over to him. I hand him my DL and credit card and ask if I am checking in. Did not confirm how many days I am here just gives me my key card and hands me a bag with water, M&M'S, and chex mix. Did not say it was for Being a IHG member, just hands it over and says thanks. So go up to my room and the key card does not work. Go back down, told him what was going on. He said nothing just re-did the card and handed it over. Get up stairs room is great, just like all other Holiday inn's I have stayed. Look in the sleeve where they put the key and usually there is a free breakfast voucher for being a Platinum Member. Called down to confirm and they do not do that here. Ok, that is fine. But the other Holiday inn's I usually stay at, do this. So oh well. No biggie, but will keep me from staying at this location again. Last but not least. I tried checking out a day early due to weather coming into town, and did not want to get stuck there. I never book in full or advance, but this time did. I know this is my fault(and will not do it again). But when I asked for any assistance due to the circumstance, she just said sorry you paid in full. Oh well my fault I know. But she did'nt even seemed concerned. She could have at least acted like she was going to ask a manager or someone if they could help out. So again, yes my fault for booking in full. But thouht they may consider with what was going on. Out a night with no refund. So go upstairs pack up come back down 20 minutes later to check out. When I go to check out the women was very confused(same lady I just talked to face to face about trying to get help). Needless to say, no customer service and no extra perks at this location. Will not stay at this location again.

The hotel is well maintained. Our room was very clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous. They have an indoor pool and gym that were also well kept. The only disappointment with our stay was with the restaurant. The breakfast setup is a little less than desirable. There is a buffet where you can get waffles, toast, muffins, etc. but if you want eggs you must order through the waiter. The buffet wasn't well stocked and we couldn't seem to get out whole breakfast together warm at the same time. So we ate elsewhere. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay and we would stay there again.

From the wonderfully pure clean smells to the visibly clean lobby, room, and overall hotel appearance to a very business-like staff, my stay was enjoyably comfortable and great. There is a good feel of a very richly proud establishment here and it shows. I would love to stay here if ever I have business or leisure time in south Houston again.

We live nearby, but stayed one night as a treat for my sons. We were very happy with all of the facilities. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great, and the kids even tried the gym. Everyone was very helpful.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Wish we could have stayed more than just one night, because the kids were really enjoying the indoor pool. Very close to many good eating places and shopping centers. Will definitely return to this one!

The entire hotel is spacious, very clean and in a very good location as far as restaurants and entertainment are concerned. I usually have issues with the comfortability of beds and pillows, but I slept like a baby when I stayed here. The staff are professional, friendly, attentive and helpful. My experience at this location is the reason why I always look for a Holiday Inn when I travel.

Front desk was closing thier registers when we showed up. We were ignored for a couple of minutes, I would have left if I hadn't already made the non refundable reservation. They seemed uninterested in us as if we were an imposition. The rooms were big I didn't like the door arrangement by the rest room. The pool was nice and the fitness room was ok I won't be back to this hotel the price was too much for the service received

We stayed at your hotel prior to leaving for a cruise. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful in finding us a good restaurant. We discovered that some of our cruise papers had printed incorrectly so we were able to go to your business center and reprint the documents which was a lifesaver.

We had 2 queen beds and plenty of room for our luggage and shopping bags. The room was very clean and very quiit. We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay there again.

Hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Service was excellent. The rates were a little high compared to Holiday Inn just 10 miles away in Pearland, Tx. Which I stayed at the weekend before and they offered a very nice free breakfast. With all the competition in the area I think the rates should be more competitive.

When we checked in we were given a card key, but when we went to our room it had sheets on the floor and a filthy bathroom. We immediately phoned th front desk and told them our problem. They said they would send the maid right up. We explained we had a dinner reservation and to hurry. Well, 3 phone calls and 40 minutes later she showed up.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It had everything I needed and more, It has shops very close by, you can walk around and the hotel staff is very nice. When I come back to Houston I will definitely book here again.

I made 3 reservations for myself and two colleagues by speaking to a reservation agent, because the Priority club website was not able to handle the request.
These were for 4 nights for myself , 3 nights, and 2 nights
The first guest arrived earlier, and the first (my) reservation was mistakenly given to him.
When I arrived, I was told that my reservation for 4 nights would not be honored, that I would be given a larger room at a higher rate, and would need to extend my stay. I was assured that after the second night, my booked rate would be honored and I could remain in the larger room.
I felt that there might be a problem when my room key failed to work after the third and fourth day.
Upon departure I was presented a bill with rates much higher than my reservation, which I contested. I was told that the manager would call me on my cell phone to discuss the problem. I never received a call.

Have griped about this before. This property has an unyeilding policy to not upgrade IHG's beloved Platinum members. I have been told on 3 sperate occasions that no upgrades are available only to log on upstairs to see those same suites ready to be booked. I can stay where ever I choose and come to Webster 6 times a year for 3 nights at a stretch and because of this property's policy have stayed at a host of Hilton properties this year that seem to value my dollar a little more and because of this issue. I like the property, love the bartender and the location is just fine, but if you travel like I do and stay loyal to a program, the program should be just as loyal and consistant or else variables change. Will be there Wednesday night - can't wait to see if I am offered an upgrade...
