Also, plaster pealing from above shower. I know I had a smoking room and the"smell" is expected. It was a restless night but I am still loyal to Holiday Inn because most experiences are good. The bar staff is always friendly and there is a small casino off of the lobby that keeps the wife happy. The location is perfect. I am always welcomed as a Platinum member. November 7, 2012

The rooms are terribly outdated, stinks like smoke and the maids like to use the worlds loudest vacuums at all hours of the night in the hall way. October 25, 2012

Having a nice restaurant next to the Lobby is convenient & yummy! The guest rooms have always been well-cleaned & prepped, with all the amenities needed. The staff here are quite excellent. No matter who we bump into, everyone always smiles and chats with you. Cleaning staff is awesome-very nice & friendly. Front desk staff makes you feel like you are the only customer on-site! Great hotel, great location, super staff - makes our stay very enjoyable. October 18, 2012
