Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great stay stayed for one night on priority points and received a free upgrade to a better room which was fantastic - thank you. the room was fantastic with great views too! Receptionist was also very nice and exceptionally well mannered and well dressed - (forgotten name sorry!). The only minor downside was that we were out all evening at an event and planned to have a couple of drinks on our return to relax - which was at 1130 ish. The bar however closed at 12:00 which was a little surprising as I thought they stayed open as long as needed. In fairness to the waitress though, she did ask us if we wanted another drink before she closed. September 16, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 paid for double but always given twin bed rooms. not comfortable at all poor service by your staff at reception all the time been here 4 weeks, same My experience on room allocation is disgusting, double room is paid for but always given twin rooms. Can't relax on single bed and its a poor experience, keeps waking up and end up feeling tired. Your reception staff are poor and needs to improve on this grave concern. Poor service such as this was the reason we left one holiday inn and game to this one. September 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant Break Had a great stay here, arranged an early check in, and we were welcomed by Reception Staff, Platinum Status was recognised. We were allocated a nicely refurbished room, carefully modernised bathroom with quality fittings and a well decorated bedroom. Did the Wembley Stadium Tour and was also impressed at the Designer Outlet Shopping complex with it's good selection of eateries. Breakfast service was excellent despite the Hotel being very busy. Staff were attentive in their service and the hot buffet well replenished. Lovely big pot of tea to share too. Checkout was equally efficient again very high volume of guests but well marshalled by staff. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting the Capital especially arriving by car. Thanks for making our visit so pleasant. September 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay, great staff I stayed here in early September and had a great experience. The girl on check in was friendly and efficient and nothing was too much bother for her. We had a room on the 8th floor with a nice view of the city. The hotel was busy but the room was quiet and the excellent blackout curtains allowed for a good sleep. This hotel is of the usual Holiday Inn standard and is well placed for the stadium and for shopping trips to the outlet mall right beside it. Central London is easily reached by public transport. There is a tube station close by and a rail station even closer. Just a note, if using the bus to get to the tube early on a week day morning allow extra time as many buses arrive at the stop already full. However the tube is a 10 minute walk or so away. All in all a great stay at a nice hotel. Oh it has a pool and leisure centre that I did not have time to use but appeared to be popular with guests. September 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good locaton hotel We recently stayed for one night at this hotel to attend an event in London. The hotel is refurbished and seems to be maintained in decent condition in terms of cleanliness and service. It's a stone throw away from Wembley stadium and there's an outlet shopping mall and some restaurants next door. The nearest tube station (Wembley park) is only a few minutes away, and there are plenty of bus that makes it easy to reach London city center. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the receptionist was quite friendly. We checked into a room which was immaculate and quite spacious with queen size bed and good size bathroom. The room walls were a bit thin so every now and then we could hear the neighbouring room but it wasn't much of an issue. Our stay was quite short so we didn't get to experience the pool or the gym but they seem to be good. we were not impressed with the quality or variety of the food at the buffet so I'd skip it. Overall it was a great stay and its' location is ideal if you want to be near the Wembley area. September 9, 2014
