My daughter and I stayed for one night as we were attending a concert at the Arena ,which was only a few minutes away. We were given a refurbished room which was immaculate and spotlessly clean . The beds were comfy with even a choice of pillows( for the really fussy person if they so wished). There was a great choice on offer at breakfast , from cereal to cooked breakfast , fruit , warm rolls , etc. . The staff were all friendly and polite and I would definitely book this hotel in future.

My partner and I stayed Saturday night, but we weren't informed of the building work taking place at the hotel
We were woken early Sunday morning and left by 8.30am, although checkout is 11am. We didn't stay for breakfast, we just packed up and left

little disappointed, woken early to the noise of construction work, although no notification of this. after complaining still charged for car parking very dis-appointing and beds being removed from our floor as completey gutting this floor as we were leaving!!

Arrived at hotel to go to a game at the stadium. Was made very welcome at reception and informed that we had been upgraded to executive suite. This was a very comfortable clean room with good amenities.very welcoming staff and had a great stay

Hotel was clean and the room was excellent.
Friendly and helpful at front desk. Pool quite adequate but the changing rooms are a bit tired and needed bit of a clean.
Very convenient for the Arena and was used by a lot of people.
Would definitely use it again and enjoyed the breakfast.
My only significant complaint would be the £25 charge for parking which I had expected for free, maybe there was something in the small print but it was not that clear. If following this review I got a refund then I would happily give them an overall excellent!!
My feeling is that for the money its a good hotel!!

Great hotel, really pleased Holiday Inn have opened next to Wembley and have stayed a few times now. However the car parking cost can only be described as racketeering.

It's the best hotel we have ever stayed in the staff are amazing and our room was that of any 5 star hotel. The breakfast was fantastic so much to choose from and so well cooked and tasty breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. Thanks wembley holiday inn for that fantastic experience

We were very impressed with the overall standard and service that we received at The Holiday Inn Wembley. We were there mainly for the England game v Montenegro and couldn't believe how close it was to the stadium! . All the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We will most certainly use again if attending Wembley Stadium .

On the face of it when you walk in, you expect a smart , well presented hotel. The reception is smart and the front desk staff are every professional. The good experience ends there. Our double room was a little grotty shown in the damp damage in the bathroom. There was a slight musty smell also. What turned out to bethe real disaster though was the food. £15 for two courses sounded reasonable and the food sounded very nice, duck, steak, monk fish and pasta. This all with the usual side dish's. When we went down for dinner (a group of 4) we went to the serve yourself buffet to be greeted by an empty serving dish's. These were so small that when they were replenished 10 minutes and 2 requests later one 2 and the couple before us had gone through there was little food left. Our friends had to wait another 10 minutes for the counter to be replenished and then to of the better choices had gone. This coupled with the lack of basics like bread rolls (ran out) made for a hungry evening. Had to have a kebab 3 hours later.
Summery: looked good from the reception but was left with an empty feeling.

I booked to come to stay the hotel back in June for our wedding anniversary, which I stated on the booking. On arrival my friend who was also staying in the hotel checked in and as there was a few people waiting called me at same time she asked my name which we clearly informed her, she said our room wasn't ready which was fine, I advised the lady I had called and informed my card details as my card had expired, and the payment had already come out, she abruptly advised me it was declined infront of other customer this was highly embarrassing and I knew I had paid as it was on my bank statement, I then had to email them proof all this was happening on the front desk, they then asked my name again and realised they were looking under the wrong name! She then advised I only booked a standard room which is twin beds! This is standard room she was telling me, I then had to find the email saying I had in fact booked a double! Which we were then give finally!

My experience was a very good experience the staff were very helpful and polite.
My room was clean and very comfortable with everything i needed in it also the tariff for the room was very competative.
An added bonus was the free car parking.
I would recomend the hotel to friends and family

I have to say from the minute I walked in to reception I was impressed. The welcome we received from the reception staff was warm, frienly and professional. The room was spotless and comfortable and the food was lovely.
I would definately stay here again.

Stayed one night but wished we stayed longer, the pool is grest and rooms are fantastic, the whole hotel is clean and well polished. The bar area is very up to date and nice, staff very friendly and helpful, would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel is not pretty from the outside but it has a lovely heart... We stayed in a newly refurbished room, good size, very contemporary design. Bed was comfortable and room very clean. The staff were friendly at reception, but five stars go to our cleaner who we met when we returned early to our room, friendly and conscientious. Handy for Wembley Stadium and Arena and close to Wembley Stadium train station with trains running regularly into Central London. Wembley Central underground station is a ten minute walk but still accessible. Overall a great place to stay and we will definitely come back.

Filled the breakfast card to have breakfast in bed.
At 8:30 relised that no one collected the card, rang room service and they said can u read the card. I said can u collect it.
After one hour breakfast came to our room without butter !!!

sad to say that this was my worst ever stay at a Holiday Inn. the hotel itself is great, very new very well appointed and close to tube/rail and of course just 5mins from Wembley Stadium. But we had so many problems with our stay, firstly there was no water in the hotel on the morning of our first day, it was early afternoon before we could have a hot shower. We couldn't charge breakfast to our room as the dining room computer wasn't in sync with the reservation system, the dining room manager tried to call the reservation desk but the number was busy, instead of walking the 20 paces to the desk he kept us waiting. I fixed it myself, a theme that repeated itself throughout the stay. My wife lost her key after being out for a walk she went to reception to get a replacement, they couldn't find our reservation on the computer so wouldn't issue a key, didn't offer to call the room, fortunately I was still in the room so she was able to just knock on the door. Then they had us checking out on Sunday morning instead of Monday morning so when we returned to our room on Sunday night we had to go back to reception to get rechecked and new keys issued. then finally on check out we had another delay when we were double charged and then had to wait on a manager to complete a refund. All small problems and if it was just one in a four day visit it would be okay but so many in four days was just too much, seems like there is not so much experience on the desk. Cant see me using this hotel again as there is plenty of other choices in the area now.

The Holiday Inn at Wembley Stadium has provided a very comfortable and convenient place to stay for my family recent visit to London.
The staffs are very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is well kept and clean. There is a small indoor swimming pool which I have yet to have a chance to use it, but it is good to know of this facility.
Internet connection is effective and coverage is great. Since I am a Gold member, I received free usage. One area of improvement would be to provide one passcode to cover the whole stay, instead of resetting everyday.
I like the range of beer available at the bar. And the food is tasting and sufficient varieties. If the bar could include London Pride in the list of beer, that would be perfect.
Again, thank you for the great stay at Holiday Inn @ Wembley Stadium.

Whilst not a pretty hotel in fact its downright ugly from the outside, once you are through the door its a different story altogether. The room was a refurbished one 736 and extremely nice. They were renovatingthe sixth floor but if you are out during the day like we were you wouldn't know. The restaurant staff were excellent and the breakfast buffet at 15uk pounds was very good. Can't comment on dinner because we were in central London in the evening. The pool was pretty good and the staff freindley also.10 minute walk to either Wembley park or Wembley central tube stations. Buses to tube stations if its wet or late to /from hotel every 2 mins right outside hotel. Wembley stadium mainlne station is 2 mins away but trains only go to Marylebone which isn't well connected on the tube. Safe area coming back after a show.

This was perfect for me and my family to stay and enjoy a 2 days in London. Took train from Royston, dropped off our bags in our very comfortable, clean rooms... and into London via train again. Work very well, saved us time and money by not having a car and being out of London's busy area. Little bit of walk to train station, need better signs to find hotel once off train but the staff stored our bags the last day so we made a stop, picked up bags and back to Royston UK. Special time with my UK family.

Ideal hotel if you are visitng Wembly for concerts,
just across the road from the stadium.
Was disturbed late in the afternoon before our stay as we received a call offering to move us (a party of six adults) to a hotel at Heathrow because the hotel had had flood damage. Insisted to know how the people were chosen to move because we have booked over a year before. Steve did ring back and advise that we could stay and not move. Even more disturbing when we checked in I enquired with receptionist about the flood damage and she advised she had just come on duty and knew nothing about it. Very strange as I would think all staff would have been made aware of this, if it was indeed the truth.
All staff on reception, in dining room and at bar were excellent. Well turned out and extremely pleasant whilst still being professtional.
Would definately recommend this hotel to any friends travelling from South Wales to Wembly for concerts etc and advise them to book early to get best rates.
Do think that guests staying at the hotel should be entitled to free car parking. Rate for 24 hour parking whilst staying at the hotel is currently £25.00

I would like to say a big well done to the staff, in particular Maria on reception for her professionalism. The hotel is well located for central London,has good transport links and is a lovely place to stay.

I was really looking forward to my 1 night stay and was very pleased that it was so near Wembley Stadium for my party of 6 to see Roger Waters. But on entering the room my wife and I were very disappointed. The window had condensation dripping down, and when I shut the curtains the wall paper to the side began to hang off the wall. My wife pulled back the shower curtain and there was all black crusty grime in the bath( we cleaned it and the next morning it was there again....dodgy showerhead?!)
There were lots of patches of what looked like damp on the bathroom ceiling too.
Sleeping was impossible as the windows are not double glazed so we heard every single vehicle that passed! There appears to be no soundproofing as we heard toilets being flushed and taps being run from other floors.
In all fairness to The Holiday Inn company is that this was the only hotel with problems that we have had as We have stayed at many throughout the UK and they have all been fabulous! : )

despite looking a bit tired from the outside, good facilities and big rooms on the inside. a bit noisy with the construction work at wembley, plus the free wifi was down, so it was either a £10 charge for in room wifi, or use the pc's in the media room.
