I have stayed here on more than one occasion and tend to choose this hotel when in the area because I am comfortable in the knowledge of the level service and standard of accommodation I will receive.
A busy hotel with good transport links offering good food, clean and tidy qiuet rooms

I stay at this hotel often and although I had some issues initially - mainly around room service, they have been dealt with and things are much better now when I stay.
I have stayed at a few of the hotels in the area and would recommend this one as giving the best overall value for money and service.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dizzychick Good base for the stadium
My partner and I recently spent the night in an executive room on the 10th floor facing the stadium.
The room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a good stand in shower and again was very clean.
Our rate includied full breakfast and the choice was brilliant, and included something for everyone.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only issue we had was in the bar. My partner ordered two drinks and two meals. He was told to go back to his table and the drinks would be brought over, but after waiting some time he had to go back to the bar, wait to be served, just to ask for the drinks as they haven't been served.
To be fair this may have been due to the hotel being full as there was a major concert going on in the stadium.
For me there were a couple of let downs
IE having to pay £25 instead of £10 to park. This additional amount was due to the concert. As an overnight guest the rate should not be increased, just because of events in the stadium. The only good thing was that their car park was under cover and large.
The free chocolate and mineral water were a waste of time. Two small kitkats and two bottles of mineral water which are normally free within another major hotel brand.
I would be more than happy to stay again, but would consider playing the extra for an executive room as I'm not sure the differences justify the difference in price.
