Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Whytheneedfornickname There are lots of hotels in London. Avoid this one.
Unwelcoming, surly reception on arrival. Check-in was slow and tedious.
The experience was further marred by the unhelpful attitude of the Duty Manager in resolving an issue with the fauthy air-conditioning in the room. His offered solution was to "open the windows", even though the room faces a busy main highway.
Hotel public areas does not feel upside in any way. Not at all worthy of a Crowne Plaza. Every Holiday Inn is better.
Best to avoid. There are many other IHG properties in London.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Abby80 Not your normal Crowne Plaza
If you are used to staying in Crowne Plaza hotels, then this will be a major disappointment.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone used to enjoying the premium service of a Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by LuigiS Old good times...
New staff at the reception, new staff at the check-in and check-out.
I do regret when old staff was there, precise, punctual, efficient, always with a smile.
Now light bulbs in the bathroom are not working (and not even changed), loose shower, no one knowing where the laundry bags are kept… OMG...

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Coming by car to explore London
Excellent location to explore London by Underground if you come by car from west. Located opposite Hangar Lane on the Central Line and brings you to Central London within 30 minutes.
One of few hotels with car parking facilities at the hotel.

Very enjoyable stay at this good clean hotel with a couple of problems being sorted by the staff. I would stay here again if visiting London again. Comfy beds and pillows and clean rooms, secure car parking on site and they even stored my pushbike for me so that I didn't have to leave it on the roof rack of the car in full view

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Paul930 Convenient Location
Very convenient for me coming into London from the west as I drive. I then have access to the West End as the central line is right outside.
Can't comment too much on the facilities as I didn't use them much but the room was spacious and comfortable and the bed was huge, I could have slept sideways!
No grande entrance to the hotel but the staff were friendly and helpful.
My only minor gripes would be 1. Why do guests have to pay for parking 2. Please update your TVs, the 4:3 box types went out years ago!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great location for tube
Excellent hotel. Great stay. Right next to tube sation. Little cafe and shop close by.
Next to a noisy road but triple glazing is excellent and you cant hear anything.
Room was spotless and large enough to relax. Had bath and shower, tea/coffee facilities; iron/board, safe, hairdryer.
TV was a bit outdated (CRT) and channel selection poor to today's standards.
Apart from not answering the phone on reception - I would have rated the service as excellent too. They let themselves down as I had to go down to reception to book a taxi. Other than that - stay was perfect.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Suzzy212 Good size room and very comfortable bed.
I would highly recommend this hotel. We came down for the Challenge Cup Final at Wembley. The hotel is within walking distance of Wembley (about 1 hour walk). It is easily accessible for London with tube station opposite hotel. The rooms are a very good size, with good facilities including mini fridge, iron and ironing board, tea
