Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Acess to Computers There was only one computer that was able to print. A young mantied it up for a long period of time. I asked him could he used the other and he ignored me. Hopefully you take this into consideration and make some type of adjustments for people that need to print important documents such as myself at that time. June 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Borderline Stayed there for 2 nights, me and my aunt she was on the 4th floor. The attendant kept coming to room saying that there was a lot of noise. We don't know why he kept coming up. The Bud light draft beer was stale, but over all it wasn't a that bad. June 2, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly & helpful staff, slept great!!! Friendly and helpful staff. Makes you feel welcome and comfortable even though you are miles from home. The room was nice and clean. We slept like a baby! The breakfast was great and was able to use the computer to get directions to a wedding we were attending at the Wild Dunes Resort. I would recommend this hotel. May 29, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Un Friendly Stayed one night, was so loud, we had been put upstairs over the front entry, could hear everyone coming in and out all hours of the night. The bar and restaurant were recommended for the evening, was sad, ordered a drink, couldn't make any frozen ones as they had no blender, wonder about that!. Ordered dinner, was ok, next morning ate breakfast , so so, staff didn't even ask about our stay, we were on our way to Charleston, the hotel in Charleston was so much nicer and staff was awesome. Guess because we were by the airport in West Columbia, they figure they won't see us again and they are right. May 24, 2014

Your staff were super helpful with directions and food eating choices and extremely friendly! Jonathan proved to be the friendliest staff and always asked how we made out on our return. He gave us directions back to the highway when we left which proved better than the directions we had. It may have taken us out of our way by a few extra minutes it was certainly very easy. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Desperate need of customer service The hotel is very nice in appearance . The sports bar and grill and room service is awful. The waiter was not well trained at all, very young and inexperienced. I would have ordered dessert and maybe a after dinner drink but the service was so terrible ,I just wanted to leave. I then decided to order dessert from room service, never arrived. I won't be staying at this hotel again. March 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding Staff My husband was having surgery at Lexington Medical Center during our February snow storm and I was unable to travel back and forth to home due to the storm. I could not have been in a better place as the staff was so attentive and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and even provided transportation to the hospital when I could not get into my car due to all the ice. The room was very comfortable too. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Room Service, Terrible Restaurant Experience During my recent stay I discovered that the bathroom was not cleaned properly prior to my arrival. I requested it be cleaned before I returned from an evening appointment. The manager quickly responded and upgraded my stay to a suite that was more than accommodating. Very spacious, clean, and pretty comfortable. The next morning I went to the attached restaurant to use my breakfast voucher and it took over 30 minutes for an omelet to be prepared with very few guests in the dining room. The wait staff seemed more interested in their phones than the needs of their customers and all 20 tvs were playing loudly. Not a good way to start your day. I will not use this hotel in my return to Columbia. January 14, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No Breakfast voucher? No upgrade? As a Platinum member I expected at least a breakfast voucher but not here! This Holiday Inn has an attached separate restaurant . Some people got vouchers for breakfast but I did not. They were also unable to upgrade my room. This raised the cost for room making it not a good value. I will find a different holiday inn to stay at next time December 7, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great nights rest on our way to and from Florida! Desk clerk Jonathan was the best! On our way back, we were a lot later than we thought, he called to make sure we were ok and to see about what time we would arrive! Was waiting for us (4 women) with someone (very sorry I do not remember his name) to help us with our bags. Simple I know, but when you are so tired from driving for 8 hours it really means a lot in this day that SERVICE still is important! I only hope Jonathan's boss reads this! November 27, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Business travelers - don't stay here The internet was hit or miss. If there was decent speed, the connection would cycle from okay to painfully slow to bumping you off. The television was terrible - low def and bad picture. No premium channels. As a business traveler, reliable and usable internet is among the highest priorities. $133/night for this property is robbery. I won't be staying here again. November 11, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Harrassed in Lobby At approximately 9:30 PM Black gentleman, in the lobby, approached a companion of mine and attempted to get money by giving a song and dance story. We told the front desk and they were supposedly going to look at the security tapes. We haven't heard anything about who he was or if they called police. The hotel was great other than this issue.
