I do a lot of traveling and I would have to say this is one of my great stops. The staff is always friendly and easy to work with. As far as cleanliness, has to be the top of the list and I have stay in many of places!

Traveling from Kentucky to Florida and we stopped here to spend the night. Beautiful hotel, staff was very helpful and accomodations excellent. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Stayed at this hotel while my grandson was being born at Lexington Medical. Front desk staff was wonderful. We had to extend and they took care of it immediately. The maid service on the 4th floor was excellent.

What a great place to stay. From the minute I arrived the service was great, the decor was outstanding, the rooms were beyond clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. I will always stay at this Holiday Inn when in town.

I stay here often on business and in the last 6 months I give the new GM credit as he's made MAJOR changes in the BREAKFAST options with the new bar there; however, the Internet speeds are still very, very bad (on at least 2-3 stays now). Maid service is very lacking too with Sat. 8AM knocks and missing toiletries.
Overall the GM has done a great job in the last 6 months but more is needed to stay on top and not slip.

This is actually our third separate stay in the last week. After hosting several family members here at this property last week, our own personal travels criss-crossed my family from here to North Carolina and back to other parts of South Carolina during this week. After a great experience last weekend, we opted to stay here again twice this week rather than stay with family who live here locally. And why not? Sure, the rooms have been clean and spacious and well suited for our needs over each of the three stays in the last week. But, from the moment we walked in last week and this week and were greeted by Tara at the front desk, everything else just seemed to fall into place. She was so courteous and cared for my entire family with each encounter at the front desk. Thomas was also fantastic as he helped to switch out one of our rooms as we had more family come on the trip than originally planned and needed to maximize our space. Thomas let us view other rooms to see what would be a better fit for us and then made the room switch seamless to us. What a gift! Pamela and Valerie also were very responsive at different points during our stay to different needs we had -- so good to know people care about how they do their jobs and make other people feel like they matter too. We know where we will stay the next time we are in town and cannot say enough kind things to this Hotel staff for their contributions to our most favorable experiences during the last week. A very Merry Christmas to you and a thank you from our home to yours.

This was my first stay at this hotel and I found it to be very nice! The staff were very friendly and the rooms were awesome!
This is a newer hotel and very comfortable. The restaurant has a good selection of food that is reasonably priced and good. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.
I would gladly stay here again. The only improvement I would suggest, add fridge and microwave to every room. I was in a king room and did not have those two items. Otherwise, great value!

While we have stayed at this hotel before, we were not satisfied this time. Our reservation was a guaranteed, paid-in advance booking. I guess you get what you pay for. We also are Priority Club Members. Our room was very small and cramped, and had no refrigerator. There was space for a refrigerator, but not equipped with a refrigerator. Upon mentioning this to the staff, the response was not an apology but excuses. Will not be staying at this hotel in the future if we can help it. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable.

I've spent 6 nights at this hotel over the last two months for business. The rooms are very clean. The desk staff with the exception of one grumpy guy was always friendly and helpful. The couple who cleans the rooms really impressed me by how friendly, kind & efficient they were. When I locked myself out of my room in my pajamas, the staff quickly came to my floor to let me back in, and to spare me the embarrassment of traipsing through the lobby in my nickers. The food from room service/The Sports Grill was actually always well prepared, good amount for the money and tasty. Even though there was the occasional forgotten item, they were always quick to correct it. My only gripes about this place: the complimentary coffee in the lobby was not that great, there were not any food vending machines on the floors - only a sundries room/shop in the lobby, and there were no microwaves in the rooms. There was a communal one in the sundries room in the lobby. I did not enjoy having to travel in the elevators, across the entire lobby, and back with my food just to reheat it. Aside from those minor things, the location & cleanliness of this hotel would make me come back again for future stays.

Stayed in a double room. The room was very nice and clean. The pillows in my room were very uncomfortable. They were smaller than your average pillow. There were at least 6 different pillows to choose from with varying firmness. Tried them all. My personal preference is a larger Queen or King size pillow. So, take this input relative to that.
The Staff was very curteous and helpful with directions.
The room was very clean and with very nice furniture. The bathroom was also very nice.

Room was very clean and modern in design. Had all we neded. Commfortable beds. Easy acces to surrounding sites we were there to visit. Staff was marvelous. Very friendly and pleasant. Always willing to help.

Our group of 25 people was given first class service by everyone. The staff was accommodating, gracious and very patient with our large group. We were there for four nights and our only issue was that the breakfast buffet ran a little lean one morning. Other than that, the food was great, the staff was great and our stay was more than comfortable.
