Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bartenders I spent each week for the last 3 months at this property and was very pleased with the service, staff,comfort and location. I was upgraded to suites on a regular basis and after a couple of weeks the staff could greet me by name. The only issue was that I eat at the bar quite a bit and the bar service was going through a transition and the on-the-job training process was a little irksome. Food was above average for a Holiday Inn-type restaurant. January 12, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Customer Service I communicated VERY clearly when I arrived that I had 6 people - 4 little kids. They put us in a one-King bed room. Then, when I took all kids and stuff back down to get larger room for 6 (told them I would need a cot), we were put in double bed room. OK. I requested a cot via room phone, and was informed I could only get a cot in a handicap room. Obviously, customer service was not listening. Same type of customer service during the whole stay - asked about local restaurants and was given distant restaurants, not the closest ones (which happened to be better ones amazingly.) Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Great i love staying here. the only issue was this time i had a room with a tub that would not drain and had to wait to have it fixed (while i was in the room) did not get discounted or a room change which i thought they would do figuring the cost of the room and the overall quality of the hotel. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice facility this hotel has it together as far as the facility is concerned, clean, comfortable warm welcoming atmosphere. unfortunately they also do not practice acknowledgement of Priority club members below the Gold level. So unfortunate and disappointing, after all it is this group you should be targeting to attain higher levels. NO breakfast probably because they have a full restaurant, and maybe higher levels of membership receive some incentive. Please find another way to provide incentive to all members when breakfast is not offered the room rates become questionable. i will come back to this hotel. maybe i'll achieve a recognizable level of membership by then. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by overall excellent shuttle service available at all hours. Reception staff friendly and left me with a feeling that my business is the most important thing they manage. Beds very comfortable. Like the variety of pillow firmness. Lobby is beautiful. didn't eat at the on-site restaurant this time but have had the breakfast and dinner on other stays and would recommend both. December 29, 2014
