I spent each week for the last 3 months at this property and was very pleased with the service, staff,comfort and location. I was upgraded to suites on a regular basis and after a couple of weeks the staff could greet me by name.
The only issue was that I eat at the bar quite a bit and the bar service was going through a transition and the on-the-job training process was a little irksome. Food was above average for a Holiday Inn-type restaurant.

I communicated VERY clearly when I arrived that I had 6 people - 4 little kids. They put us in a one-King bed room. Then, when I took all kids and stuff back down to get larger room for 6 (told them I would need a cot), we were put in double bed room. OK. I requested a cot via room phone, and was informed I could only get a cot in a handicap room. Obviously, customer service was not listening. Same type of customer service during the whole stay - asked about local restaurants and was given distant restaurants, not the closest ones (which happened to be better ones amazingly.)
