This hotel hands down is by far the best and the food at the restaurant is wonderful. I was able to relax and felt like it was my home away from home. May 18, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dining out in Jordan Creek We arrived at the Holiday Inn West Des Moines before 7:00PM. This is our second year annually at this hotel. The staff was eager to serve, and full of ideas for dining and had the shuttle ready in minutes. We called and walked on the Mall grounds and tried to find a place to eat for 9. Not possible in Jordan Creek Mall at 7:00-7:15 PM. We called the shuttle and called ahead to another restaurant, which on the phone 2 blks away said come on by, we have a table. Upon arriving, the table had been sat. We walked outside, heard music, went on over to Wellman's Pub, and had a great dinner. When our shuttle picked us up, not at the restaurant he had dropped us at, we discussed not having a table, so the new place. Our Hotel Concierge called the restaurant who had dissed us, and the manager came in to apologize. This is totally awesome service. She Rocked it! May 13, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay! I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites West Des Moines-Jordan Creek. What I appreciated most were the friendly staff members who checked me in quickly at the end of a long drive and helped some friends and I plan dinner and drinks for the evening. They recommended a few options near the motel and then shuttled us around to more than one location for a fun night on the town. Great room, awesome food, fun times and we didn't have to drive! That made my stay special. Thank you. May 9, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Over priced I feel like this hotel was over priced. We had a standard room in a wedding block and was pretty disappointed in what we had for the price. I have stayed at other hotels that didn't' cost a lot more than that and we had a suite. It was clean and quiet but I will also have to say the bed was very uncomfortable. I did not sleep well at all. My sister-in-law had also left 2 welcome bags at the desk for me & my daughter but when we checked in, were told there was only 1. No idea what happened to the other bag. Coffee in the lobby could be a little earlier than 7 am but the breakfast buffet was a decent buffet for the cost. May 8, 2015
