If it happened to be booked and we couldn't stay there, we would probably postpone our trip for another weekend, that's how well we like it. It is clean, modern and comfortable. The staff is awesome. I called to the front desk and the young man who answered my call was understanding and willing to address the problem immediately. He reassured me that this was not a fire or smoke alarm issue and that he did happen from time to time, He addressed the problem and then came to the room and made sure that it had been resolved. He asked if there was anything else that I needed and directed me to contact the front desk if there was. March 16, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Will never stay here again This was up there in some of the worst places I've stayed. 1. When I first arrived to the door after checking in, it didn't even work. I had to call management and wait for them to fix the door instead of them just switching me rooms. 2. I'm from the desert so I like a warm room, I put the temp at 78 and it never even came close. It started a cool 68-69 the whole time. 3. I think for the price they should at least have a complimentary breakfast instead of paying extra for a breakfast buffet at the restaurant downstairs, which by the way cannot cook a steak (overcooked it). And 4. When I decided to check out early from my 8 night stay, I informed the front desk of the issues and they shrugged it off like it was nothing. Maybe its just nagging, but if I'm gonna spend that kind of money again, I'll do it someplace else. March 4, 2015
