Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Looks nice but bad experience Was very happy with hotel check in process and staff working during the check in process. We were upgraded to suite and room was nice up to date. Bathroom tub/shower needed work and didn't drain properly. Room service is not kid friendly. No pay per view movies available to our disappointment. Management was rude when we dealt with an issue regarding our camera we accidently left in room. Would not return back to this hotel. August 8, 2014

The inhouse restaurant ~ Johnny's~ had delicious food and the ambiance was wonderful. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by went to a wedding at this Holiday Inn -great time Quality hotel, right price, very comfortable bed, pristine clean room and bath room/towels. Loved the thermostat A/C control. Well decorated lobby, spacious, easy to hang out with gathering family for big wedding. Italian restaurant with tasty meals and $9 breakfast buffet well worth the money in quality and variety of food. Lots of shopping and restaurants to walk to right next door. Beautiful wedding reception in ballroom with lovely indoor and patio gathering areas outside ballroom space. July 25, 2014

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and very professional. Only negative was the water pressure for the shower was very low and made it hard to take a shower. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stopping Point It's the little things that matter to me the most. This hotel pays very close attention to detail and understands that and I for one appreciate it. I called ahead to the front desk upon arrival to let them know i was going to be a late check in, which was no problem at all. They had all my paper work ready when i finally did arrive late in the evening. This hotel has 2 elevators to maneuver between floors. Unless they were both in service there was a elevator waiting with the door open on the first floor to you could just walk right in and get to where you are going. This is not a normal thing in most hotels and i think this alone was great! It says to me, "i know your time is important, so we're going to make sure the elevator is already in place and ready for you". Everything in the room was very clean and nice. Plenty of towels, and shower items that I didn't need to pull any out of my own stash. Overall, i was very pleased with my stay, and if you're reading this and are considering staying at this hotel, i hope that you book your room now, you'll really enjoy it here. June 19, 2014

Best overall management for customer care, cleanliness and attention to detail. The restaurant and bar are one of the best in the city; nice not having to leave the hotel to experience great food.
