The staff were friendly, efficient, and courteous. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. These things helped to make sure that my business trip was as smooth as possible. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Techno Additions The hotel experience and staff speak for themselves as this is just another example of a great Holiday Inn. What I was most impressed this time around was the adoption of Telus. I'm actually not a big fan of Telus due to their horrible customer service from a consumer perspective but since I didn't have to deal with them in this case the TV and Internet experience was by far the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. Each room has its own WiFi with really good bandwidth and best of all no authentication through a Web porthole. I would only suggest if possible a more secure password as you basically use your room number so anyone near by can easily use yours. Great addition either way though. February 17, 2015

I was in Edmonton for a conference, and when I walked into the hotel Michelle, one of the front desk service personnel, welcomed me with a "Hello Norma. It is good to see you again." I have been taken aback ever since. I have not been there in 3 months, and yet she remembered me by name. Her attention to detail is limitless, and she is just this wonderful to everyone she comes in contact with. I watched her connect with other guests in the hotel through her front desk responsibilities and with her second job working in the restaurant. What a gift Michelle is to not only the hotel, but all who meet her. February 17, 2015

Our sleep was interrupted by the constant opening and closing of the doors by other guests, and also children running up and down the halls. Not the staff's fault, just inconsiderate guests.
