Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel Public areas are new/renovated and very well laid out. Lobby is great for meeting with one or few people and working. Staff is GREAT! Rooms are large and well equipped and i slept great, in fact i don't see a need for the upcoming room renovation. The only negatives were that my room was not serviced after the first night (NOT leaving my DND sign out, it was taken in at 8:30am) but they came within 15 mins of calling that evening, and i personally would like a better weight machine. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay and great service We stayed one night at the hotel before heading to a wedding nearby. It was great to be able to take the complimentary hotel shuttle from the airport. Staff at check in was friendly and efficient. It's a pretty nice hotel and the room was comfortable. I especially liked the personal touches -- handwritten welcome note from the staff taking care of our room, and a plate of fresh fruit, cheese and crackers, and bottled water in the fridge as a thank you for being a rewards member. The room was well equipped and comfortable but the television did not work at all. I didn't call the front desk for service as I just wanted to settle in and get ready for my early morning flight but it would have been nice to have watched some television. The shuttle service was great and right on time. Thanks. Perhaps some sort of a rebate could be offered for the nonfunctioning tv? Heather May 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Feeling More Like Home Each Visit Leana is a joy to deal with. I don't care what it is, she even responds when she's not working. She is an exceptional person. Tee and Wendy are extremely personable and helpful. Always checking to see if there's something I need. The A/C units are too loud for my liking when they turn on in the middle of the night. It would be good if the fan would keep running as "white-noise'. Probably wouldn't be such a jolt when the cooling kicks in. Covering my head with a pillow helps a little. I think the rooms are being scheduled for renovation. Maybe the A/C will get some help. The staff make my trips more enjoyable. The food is always great so I don't have to go out.
