Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Loung Area The lounge area was designed to be comfortable and functional for business discussions over dinner. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The plug ins for laptops and cell phones were accessible for convenient charging while working over dinner. The front desk staff was very helpful in assisting with shipping parcels out following our conference. February 8, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Flight cancelation We stayed at the Holiday Inn due to a flight cancellation, so it was not the best of circumstances. With that being said, the shuttle into down town was a very nice feature which allowed us to see the West Palm Beach area. The 5:00 AM shuttle to the airport was also a nice service so we did not have to deal with a cab or Uber. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. February 5, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Don't take Room 828 We recently stayed there for 2 nights. Our room overlooked I95. There was constant traffic noise which could be heard in the room. Friday night when we returned to the room the television had tremendous interference in it and could not be watched. We went to bed and woke up around 6:00AM. The television at this point would not even turn on. We called the front desk and they said they would notify maintenance when they came in. Luckily there was no major problem as apparently there is no maintenance person on duty 24 hours a day. I guess we could have counted cars to pass the time. Maintenance did not show up until around 8:30AM. He tried several things to get the TV to turn on but nothing worked. He said I'll go and get another TV and as he was leaving the TV came on. He shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn't understand it then left. When I reported the problem to the front desk I asked to be issued some type of credit as we were paying $423.36 for our 2 nights. Upon checking out, no credit was issued. I asked her again for some type of credit on my bill and she said the best she could do was to give me some extra points. I told her if this is what I can expect when staying at a Holiday Inn, to keep the points as I will look into other hotels. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STAY AT A HOLIDAY INN - EXPECTED MORE!!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly surprised The hotel appeared to have undergone a major facelift and it showed. The room was clean and well stock, internet was very reliable. Directions to the hotel were spot on and there was plenty of free parking. The one downside was the bar is open plan and the noise filters over to the dining area. Had I been dining with friends this would have made conversation difficult. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Palm Beach area. January 31, 2016
