Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by My 2nd stay :( I was looking forward to my second stay here because the room was clean and the food at the on site restaurant was very good. This time the food was still good but the stay was not. The first room they gave me was dirty and musty smelling. They put me in another room. They also forgot to thank me for my status until later after I checked in when I received a phone call asking if everything was ok with my new room and by the way thanks for being an IHG member. The neighbors were loud and you could hear everything in the next rooms until 12:30 am both nights. The toilet was backing up the next night at 11:35pm and they said the maintenance personnel had left and they could not find a plunger. They told me I would just have to wait until morning. Or I could just get dressed, pack my things and move to another room which was very inconvenient that late at night. The desk clerk acted at if it wasn't that big a deal to her. She said if I was having a hard time packing my things she would send someone up to my room to help me pack. Really? I don't think I will be back. December 21, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Positive Changes Major upgradess to 1st floor were 99% complete and really improve the experience. Everyone is consistently on their game and this keeps me coming back. A few suggestions... put a dimmer switch on the lights over the bar, it's far too bright in there for my liking. More TV's are needed in the lounge area to allow multiple programs (and games) to be viewed. Please add an adjustable angle workout bench to the fitness center. This will allow the free-weights to be effectively used. The weight machine works great. Access to electrical receptables is getting better but I had to stretch to reach the power strip jammed between the desk and mini-fridge cabinet. Make them more accessible. Minor inconveniences to an overall great stay but these kinds of changes will give you more stars in January. December 15, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Outdated and Dirty The receptionist did not welcome me as a rewards member. The room was outdated and the bathroom door had mold on the back of it from the shower i assume. The Bistro was under renovations but open? I could get a steak (poor quality) but not a glass of iced tea? December 13, 2014

The room was outdated and the back of the bathroom door was moldy from the shower i assume. The bistro was under going renovations, i could get a steak (poor quality) but not a glass of iced tea? Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable hotel I stayed for 4 nights at the Holiday Inn. The first night there was very loud music from a event being held at the hotel. The loud music went on till 10 pm. The hotel staff were notified of this loud music. The remaining three nights were quite and comfortable. Hotel staff were helpful. Hotel is close to Palm Beach Airport and down town. Easy access from I 95. Please note that the hotel is still being renovated and they should mention this on their web site. December 6, 2014
