Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by So, So. No recognition for my priority status at all. Paid more than for a holiday inn express, and do not know why. Hotel very average, and somewhat dated. Relies on position to Yellowstone. Room's smoke detector is on the ceiling directly above bed pillows, and has a bright green light shining in the sleepers eyes all night long. Ended up wearing eyeshades from my airlines amenity kit. Room was clean. Breakfast not included - unlike HI Express. Do not mind paying extra, if I feel that I am getting extra. May 18, 2013

Great room, great service, great food, and unbelievable location. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the servers in the restaurant, right down to the maintenance man were all first rate. Outstanding value and tremendous guest experience. I highly recommend this property!! May 14, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Choice! I phoned the hotel directly to make reservations for 2 rooms for a family visit. I requested an early check-in and upon arrival they were more than happy to accommodate us. The 2 cribs we asked for were in our rooms immediately. The hotel common areas and the rooms were spotless! The towels were fluffy, the beds were so comfortable and the rooms are very quiet. I had lunch in the dining room and we had dinner there as well. We were very happy with the menu choices, the food was delicious and the service was excellent! The restored train is amazing and certainly a must see! In the morning I asked for a late check-out, an hour beyond, and the staff was more than happy to accommodate us. Overall this is a 5 star property for West Yellowstone. We will definately stay there again. Many thanks to the staff!! April 23, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Winter Adventure We had a great time on this trip! We went on the Canyon snowmobile run in the park and thoroughly enjoyed it! The hotel restaurant provided excellent food for dinner, breakfast was a nice buffet.. We will are planning to bring some friends next season... February 15, 2013
