Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by laundry room The hotel needs more washers and dryers. We were up till 2:00am washing and drying clothes because the hotel only has 2 washers and dryers. It would be better for the guest at such a busy hotel if more washers and dryers were available. June 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location Located right outside the West entrance of Yellowstone, this hotel is a great location for getting into and out of the park. The hotel was clean, had comfortable beds, and a nicely updated bathroom. My son used the pool and enjoyed spending time there although the towels offered at the pool were far too small for my 7 year old, let alone an adult. There isn't a continental/free breakfast offered, but there are excellent options in town. We did have a small problem with the shades closing properly, which caused more light to filter in than we would have liked, but it was otherwise a wonderful trip and stay. June 23, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by high price low service We had planned a 3 days visit to the Yellow Stone park as one of the top attractions in the USA. The hotel is a couple of hundred meters away from the West entrance; that means from the location the best possible choice. Being an Ambassador Platinum member from the IHG you expect to be recognized as such. The staff at the front desk is helpful and although we were early they did their best to get our room ready. During the waiting time we got a free drink! No points!!!! But the trouble starts at breakfast: you get a voucher and that one may be understandable for US citizens but for us as Dutch absolutely misunderstandable. The voucher states: one entree and one non alcoholic drink. For me as traveling for more than 35 years: this is a voucher for a diner. With the buffet (????) you an get a cop of coffee but do not take orange juice!!!! You have to pay for it. I refused and talked to the manager who offered us a free diner. I am not looking for free diners or any other compensation: make clear what you offer and give me what I pay for. We left after two days and we advice everyone: the best is look for an alternative. And this said by a member of the IHG Ambassador Club. Room Tip: better stay away unless you want to pay a lot of money; a tourist hotel for a very high price June 23, 2015
