Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay The hotel is perfectly located to access many areas such as Peachland, Summerland etc. We also were able to do a hike in the Glen Canyon which is adjacent to the hotel. Easy walk and great landscape. The hotel looks great and mostly renovated. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom coiuld be bigger. Internet access was excellent. There was some confusion over my invoice but Phil at the front desk was able to provide all the nescessay corrections and provided excellent customer service. Overall, the experience was excellent. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed the Pool After a long day of travel it was nice to spend a bit of time in the indoor/outdoor pool and the hot tub. The bar and lounge was not so pleasant an experience but it could have been just that the server was having an off day. The room itself was nice, clean and modern. June 9, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Felt like staying in somone's basement Firstly, the fellow who registered us wasn't at all pleasant. In fact, we seemed like it was an extreme inconvenience that we came to the hotel too early to register. It WOULD have been nice to be welcomed, to be told that "is a bit early to register but that we can leave our suitcases there if need be", and be told what facilities there were in the neighbourhood while we awaited a room. When we finally got registered, we got assigned a room on the 1st level, which was a room looking out at the headlights of the cars in the parking lot, and we had to make our way around the clusters of cleaning carts and open-doored laundry room on our way back up to the lobby. Not too charming; although that wasn't the #1 reason for us staying there. It was also quite noisy...walls were thin...heard peole in halls and above us. Unfortunately for you, we will be looking to stay at another hotel the next time we are in West Kelowna. May 23, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by No Kings Booked on reward as platinum member on a Sunday night. Requested a king bed with reservation. Arrived and was told no kings available and or no upgrades. Could happen. When we returned after dinner at 10 pm there were less than 20 cars in the entire parking lot. Desk staff said it was pretty quiet that night. Felt I was mislead by desk staff because of using reward points. Hotel and room were fine. May 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Customer Service! This hotel is in a great location and has clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast in the attached restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. What sets this place apart is the excellent customer service. From check-in to check-out everyone we came in contact with greeted us cheerfully and politely, answered questions about the area and generally made us feel as if we were very welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will likely stay here again. May 6, 2014
