Also not happy she had to actually get into the shower to turn on the water which of course comes out cold at first. For me not opening the bar with all those drinkers in attendance is poor management. November 6, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Service This was my second 11 night stay in 4 weeks, whilst the remodelling caused some disruption, the communication from the hotel management via letter managed my expectations fully. During my stay, I cannot praise the staff highly enough, hardworking, dedicated, helpful and interested in me and my experience during the stay. The room was comfortable if a little dated, but the total overhaul of the hotel is adressing these issues. Personally I felt very comfortable and valued as a guest and I have no trouble recommending this hotel. October 29, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Upgrades - Few changes would be nice I liked the renovation of the rooms. I'm hopeful that not all of the rooms are only equipped with a standup shower. Also, the water temperature could be higher. I had the shower turned up all the way and it barely created steam. October 28, 2014
