I checked in this hotel on 11/03/2012 with more than a few adults and kids walking half naked from nearby swiming pool and lobby as well. Since my wife is Platnum member of Priority Club, so I just asked if there was any upgrade available during check in process. The one word answer I got from the staff was "NO." I thought may be a friendlier answer would make my stay better even there was no upgrade available. The matter made my stay even worse was that at about 2:00 o'clock in the morning there were couple of kids running and talking loudly in the hallway just outside my room. There goes my good night sleep!!!!

My family stayed here because we did not have electricity for 6 days due to Hurricane Sandy. 85% of our city lost power. Holiday Inn staff was very accomodating. They were at full capacity because of the storm but each and every staff member was friendly, polite and upbeat. Even the ones we just rode up in the elevator with... all very pleasant. Their attitudes were contagious. People were concerned about flooding in their homes, trees and wires down and the staff listened to each one.

The lobby and main common area nice, but halls and rooms could use updating.
No coffee available on Sunday morning early @ 06.00 a.m.

Overall I had a pretty good experience at this hotel. But the one thing I didn't like is that once you check out, you get charged a $20 dollar fee for the tv service which I thought was included. Mind you they don't tell you this when you check in. So BEWARE of that additional $20 dollar charge that will appear on your credit card once you check out.

A comfortable property with adequate amenities and helpful staff. Rooms are a bit dated and the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathrooms detracted a bit from our overall enjoyment of the stay. The original fans were apparently abandoned and the electrical service to them used to power added flourescent light fixtures over the bathroom vanities.

We were having an event at the hotel. I reserved a king suite. The room was very nice and allowed us to host a small hospitality.

This hotel was very convenient for my needs in the area for business. I didn't use the facility for meals or entertainment. Very nice staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant and bar as we usually didn't get back to the motel until after 8:30pm. The people at the front desk were very knowledgable and helpful. The price was reasonable and the location easy to find.
