Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Front Desk Staff Wonderful front desk staff: Jeremiah and Carlene. Jeremiah set-up back-to-back wakepup calls. Carlene mailed a letter for me on-her-way home from work. Value-added team: friendly, warm A& helpful. On the flip side, re: internal building operation and fitnes center suggestion. Need to improve plumbing/sewer system throughout hotel. Toilets in-room and restrooms do not allow full-flushes of contents of toilet bowl. Would guess this issue on your "A-List," likely expensive to improve. Enhancement needed to fitness center re: gym equpment. True stationary bike-fine, elliptical squeaks (likely worn out); and treadmill out-of-order (doesn't work). With money being spent to upgrade cosmetically, these changes need to be done too. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Worn out and in need of change I've stayed at this hotel several times over the years. The rooms continue their dated decline in quality, and the same staff that has made the restaurant/ bar unpleasant to visit, are still walking around. In fact...the elevator with the wrong floor number displayed, the smokey smelling Jacuzzi suite, the furniture that makes you worry about whats(stains) on it, would all be bearable if you could get some service (a beer) at the bar. How that part of the hotel is still in business, I cant figure. Luckily there's a very nice BJ'S restaurant open now across the road, and a Chipoltle in the parking lot. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ok-stay The stay was nothing to brag about. Staff didn't even upgrade my room for being a platinum member. The green restaurant was a bad experience. Ordered a pizza that was made wrong and waited a half an hour to get our check. I won't go back! April 6, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Facility We absolutely LOVE your facility. It has a wonderful hot tub, EXCELLENT RESTAURANT, WHICH TO US IS THE VERY BEST. The wait staff there are terrific. We drive from Georgetown, Tx and we are exhausted and we love to go to the bar. Everything is just wonderful. March 6, 2013

Called to make a Reservation and ask if you had any Rooms with Jacuzzis in them they said yes we do but none available then went online and had a room with a Jacuzzi in it for rent. The room was nice. But not very clean at all. Got in the Jacuzzi to soak and I found hair floating all over in the tub... Yuck The pool was way to cold to swim in. March 4, 2013
