Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I had stayed at this hotel the previous November and was very pleased. This trip wasTOTALLY different. After making reservations on line with special requests, we called the front desk to confirm our requests and were guaranteed cribs and ajoining rooms or at least rooms across the hall from each other. When we arrived at the hotel for checkin at 9pm after a 5 hour drive with 4 kids under six. We were told there were no cribs and the rooms were down the hall from each other. It work quite a scene to get what we had been assured was no problem. The circumstances led us to believe that we had been lied to from the get go at check in. To calm us we were given a $20 food voucher. The rooms were very nice and clean. Unfortunately the air did not work in one of the rooms so sleeping was almost impossible. Next morning the waitress told us only one child eats free. Again we had to run down a manager to resolve. The waitress must have been new she could not remember which brands and when we ordered she came back with cereal for one child and said they were out of the other we order. Any adult should know you don't bring food to one child and not the others. So breakfast was not off to a good start. It is not a huge deal in light of all the other problems but there was no recognition for my priority club standing March 31, 2015
