We have stayed at many Holiday Inn's before not impressed with this one at all. Called to make a Reservation and ask if you had any Rooms with Jacuzzis in them they said yes we do but none available then went online and had a room with a Jacuzzi in it for rent. The room was nice. But not very clean at all. Got in the Jacuzzi to soak and I found hair floating all over in the tub... Yuck The pool was way to cold to swim in.

I think I was in room 905...missing soap dish which was replaced. When running the bath and switching to shower / when pulling the shower knob the whole water head came off the wall and went back on when shower water started. The sink handle kept comming off each day. People slamming doors before 7AM and after 10Pm == may need rubber pads in door jams as people let the door slam and do not quietly shut the door. My computer worked from Thursday to Sunday but on Monday (the night before I left) it was not working. I had spoked to a nice computer man who was running wired in the ceiling in lobby and towards conference rooms. He said it was computer wire....so, I figured that might be why my computer did not work. I did not tell staff the above information.

I wasn't all that pleased with Holdiay inn. Honestly I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't have continental breakfast.
The bathtub was stopped up so everytime you get in the shower the tub is full of water like you are going to take a bath.
Im not sure what the noise was but during the night it sounded like the roof was going to fly off.
The staff(lady) who checked me in was never friendly!!! But every other staff member was great.
So my over all stay wasn't the best and to improve your hotel I would start looking at the things I mentioned above and improve them!

I stay here quite often and I have had no complaints - ever! The rooms are comfortable and staff is friendly. Outstanding customer service! I had to check out late due to an incoming winter storm and was not even charged an extra night! You don't see that very often with hotels - allowing you to check out late (5 PM) without charging you for the 2nd night! Excellent food and service at the resturant as well!

I stay at this Hotel anytime I am in Wichita. The minute you step up to the front desk you will feel welcome. This hotel provides you with a rare experience: FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. The rooms are ALWAYS clean. If for some reason your expectations are not met all you have to do is ask ... and the staff will ensure your expectations are met. The resturant/lounge is excellent with the same outstanding customer experience experience found through out the establishment. You will not be let down if you choose this hotel

Enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn East I-35 on a recent business trip to Wichita. Staff was excellent and property was conveniently located for my purposes.
Although I experienced a problem with room service on one occasion, the staff more than made up for any inconvenience. They went out of their way to ensure that the mistake was rectified and that I was thoroughly happy with the results.

I was horribly disappointed by a Priority Club recommendation for a Holiday Inn Express in Eubank , NM. This Holiday Inn was a very pleasant surprise!! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I travel quite a bit for work and I have to say that the staff and service were some, if not the best that I have had! This goes from every single person that I spoke with, whether they were helping me with something or were just being above and beyond with friendliness. Awesome! Simply AWESOME!!!!

Our room had many problems. I suggest before you unpack check you heating unit and make sure it operates properly. Make sure the stoppers will close in bath tub and lavatory. Make sure outlet works on desk lamp or you won't be able to plug in coffee pot or charge your cell phone.

This was my second stay in this hotel in the month of November each instance stayed for 1 week on company business. I got the exact same room on both occasions, and on both occasions there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke. As a non-smoker this made my stay uncomfortable and the hotel staff were unwilling/unable to change my room. Priority Membership didnt really seem to be of any benefit.

The only problem that I had was that 3 days in a row the card key worked all day long when I came and went....then after 6 p.m. it would not work and I had to go from the 8th floor down to the desk to get a new key. Yes, 3 days in a row it did this. I was told to move the handle up and down when I put the key card in and this did NOT work either. I noticed each day that other guests were coming to the desk with the same card key problem. Once I checked out and then checked back in and got a room on 4th floor...I had no card key problems at all. Just and FYI that this was a problem for a number of guests.

The pizza is great. The bed was poor. I had a very loud motor running under my window all night. Room 320. The shower was not clean. Maybe because the plumbing was not good. I stay at Holiday Inn's all the time. This was my first bad experience. So stop by , get some pizza, and stay at a different Holiday Inn in town.

We started using this Holiday Inn about 2 years ago. It is about half way to Dallas so it breaks up an otherwise long drive. My wife and I lke the accomodations as it is a very clean and comfortable stay. The best part is the restaurant great food at reasonable prices. It is the only one we have stayed in Wichita
and have stayed there about four times now. If you like great food stay here, if not keep looking.
