Ever since that day I have always stayed here now! The staff is always friendy and they go above and beyond. Amazing food and television channel selection. February 4, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Fitfull This hotel is in a very convenient location. It is near downtown and within a short driving distance to many local attractions. Probably the best facet of my stay at this property was the fact that they had an agreement with a near by YMCA that allowed me to use their facilities at no charge. The worst part of my stay was repeatedly being woken at night. At one point I had to wedge a towel under an air conditioner unit to decrease noise from outside, although the towel did little to dampen the many train whistles and road guard warnings.There were also stains on the carpets and the house keeping wasn't very thorough. On a scale of one to ten I'd put this hotel at about a three. It is built out of concrete and those are usually my favorite properties, but this one fell short on many fronts. January 31, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home away from home Let me start off by saying I love the people and the rooms at this hotel! Hands down the best service I have ever received while traveling. Everytime I stay here they have something new. This past stay I was told the just recently upgraded to Direct TV with several HD channels and being a sports fan there is nothing better. The breakfast was amazing and you can tell the staff and management team really care. I highly recommend this hotel to any traveler coming to Wichita. January 23, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Manager Support Initially, I was very dissatisfied with the staff support because there was a mix up with the intended credit card for the room charges. The staff on duty was unable to make the correction which left me very frustrated. However, upon calling back to the hotel once I had arrived back home, the manager on duty corrected the issue right away with grace and courtesy. She made my day and changed the way that I thought about the property when I left the hotel. November 30, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Reservation Problems I used the Holiday Inn website to book a non-smoking room more than 2 weeks prior to this business stay. I arrived, was checked in, and went to the room only to find that it was a smoking room. When I returned to the front desk I was told there were only smoking rooms available. After much arguing the manager did put me in a non-smoking suite for 1 night but I had to check out the following day and go to another hotel for the remainder of the week. This caused my business partner much inconvenience driving an additional 20 miles round trip to pick up/return me everyday. It was not only embarrassing but time consuming. I am very dissatisfied that your company would disrupt plans like this and put a guest in this position after they had traveled and worked all day without even an advanced call to inform them there was an issue at the hotel. I will never use the hotel at this location again. I also saw it happen to other guests who left to room with the competition. I am a new Priority Club member and I feel that some type compensation is due for the inconvenience and poor treatment. November 19, 2012
