Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by great bartender and bar food we ended up taking our meal at the bar as the bar man was so attentive and helpful ,when meal was put in service window and was wronge he sent it back to kitchen to be redone and came out and appoligized for delay and why and it would come out correct in short time and it did. crab dip was great! bartender was the only pro we met at hotel and he alone salvaged our stay. food when served at bar was very good in the evening. breakfast had been very poor our first morning and did not eat breakfast there again left the hotel to eat elswear October 24, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient location Avoid a room on the front of the hotel - lots of traffic and excessive exterior lighting floods the room all night (there are no darkening curtains or shades, only sheers). Breakfast is mediocre and the waitress needs help/training (menu breakfast, no buffet offered). October 23, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fine hotel - recommended - although a little odd in some ways This hotel is fine, and I recommend it for the business or leisure traveller. Most HI hotels offer the IHG Platinum level guest a complimentary breakfast, but this one did not. The lobby is oddly configured and not very inviting, but who spends any time there anyway other than check in and check out and just passing through? My room had a sort of living room type area but it was very dark (poorly lit) and not an inviting place to sit or relax, either. But the staff was friendly, and it was very clean and safe, and I had a good night's sleep, and when all is said and done that's what really matters to me. October 22, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good decision This was the first time we stayed at a Holiday Inn and we were very impressed with the quality and value of our stay. Not only were we very comfortable, but the staff was friendly and welcoming as well. An additional surprise was that we were upgraded to a suite from a king size room and were told that because we were an IGH member, we were able to receive the upgrade. We very much enjoyed the suite although it did look out over the roof which contained a/c units...we just didn't look out the window. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We will definitely seriously consider Holiday Inn on our next trip. October 19, 2014
