Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Problems We had several issues regarding cleanliness - the sheets on one bed were stained, there were candies under bed indicating careless housekeeping - but in fairness, the manager comped us very fairly for the problems so I was impressed with customer service I hope the housekeeping problem was not typical of this property - it did have good reviews January 31, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by ruined holiday weekend The room was very nice. The only complaint that I had was that I WAS OVERBILLED OVER $900.00. The hotel was unable to correct this during my stay. That greatly reduced the activities that my family could enjoy while their. The management promised to correct this the next business day, however they didn't. on the second business day after my stay, I contacted my card company and was told Holiday Inn had not contacted them to remove the additional charges. I had to contact the hotel and demand that they address this. When it was all said and done the hotel did credit me one night of the stay. But that doesn't make up for the lost opportunities for family activities due to budget constraints caused by the overcharge. January 31, 2015

We were even asked if there was a particular floor we wanted to stay on and our preference to be close to or far from an elevator. Very nicely equipped fitness center. January 21, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another Great Getaway This was our fifth time visiting this hotel. Decided to take a romantic getaway after Christmas. We arrived at the hotel, were greeted warmly, and were pleasantly informed that our reservation had been upgraded to a suite at no additional charge. We got dinner in the restaurant one night, which was absolutely delicious. The bed and room were very comfortable. The only drawback was slow internet. We really enjoyed our two nights there, and would love to have stayed longer. Hope to return soon! January 12, 2015
