The room was clean and comfortable. The updated bathroom was very nice. The beds were a little stiff but overall I had a great experience. November 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Customer Service and Comfortable Stay! We enjoyed our 2-night stay when visiting the nearby Colonial Williamsburg. We were given a free upgrade to a suite as I am an IHG rewards club member. The hotel has indoor swimming pool and a cosy gym which my family enjoyed during our stay. The only down size was hotel cafe did not serve branch/lunch however it was near to many famous eateries. What was worth praising is the excellent after-stay customer service. We left some valuables in the hotel room safe and a power cord for our rice cooker during check out. When we called back in the evening, the hotel receptionist, Maria was very friendly and detailed in noting down the particulars of our missing items, as the lost and found section was closed. When we called back the next morning, the staff did a check based on Maria's note and found the items. Without any request, the staff offered to mail the items to us instead of having us to drive 20-over miles to collect them. This is what I call Customer Service. Good Job and Keep it up!!! Deidra and Roshel were the best. We will definitely return to this hotel. Loved the electronic "Do Not Disturb" switch in place of those goofy cards that won't stay on the door handle. For a first because of this feature we did not have a housemaid knocking on our door. Great feature. November 11, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Location, Location, Location Great Location- overall a beautiful property but could use a better mattress pad/new mattresses. This property is directly across the street from a 7-Eleven, and is walking distance to Cracker Barrel, Chipolte and a host of other eateries. Also within driving distance of the new movie theatre. It's about a 5 minute drive from I-64 and convenient to everything. November 10, 2014
