Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Senior quality associate Staff was the most notable of the visit in that they were very friendly and took extra effort to ensure everything was ok. The room was very cold but was able to turn off the air conditioner. The small refrigerator in the room was very loud and inefficient in that it was running all through the night which kept me awake. The 2nd night I just turned the refrigerator off. September 14, 2014

Was greeted by staff in timely manner at breakfast and any questions I had were answered. All staff was friendly and greeted me in such, anytime I reentered the hotel. September 12, 2014

I hope this is the worst problem I ever have at any hotel. All about this hotel was supurb starting with the really terriffic greeting I got as I entered to the farewell as I walked out the door two days later. September 5, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice Staff The sofa sleeper was terrible - was like sleeping on springs. The staff brought a mattress pad cover which helped a little. The master bathroom had a toilet that leaked. Everything else was good with the visit. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I would stay again. I would make sure that if I had a sleeper sofa, I would make sure it had enough padding for a comfortable night's sleep! September 3, 2014
