Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room, terrible food! Breakfast was horrible. No ketchup, no syrup, no utensils and no staff around to request these items. When we purchased the "continental breakfast" we were told that it was served between 6am-9:30am. We showed up at 9am and there was nothing but old overcooked food. We could barely find something edible. February 1, 2016

I liked having the sofa for extra seating. The bed slept very well. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. January 28, 2016

I chose the Holiday Inn due to its location to the airport and the shuttle they offered. Front desk was kind and offered me great choices and recommendations for things to do and restaurants to eat at. Very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend as a great choice for a hotel in this area. January 27, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great location in wilmington, w/ great service Short Summary: If you want, a nice hotel with great customer service and amenities, and a clean room go to Holiday Inn in Wilmington on Market Street. All in all, it was a great experience. The value for the dollar was expressed here. The only problem which isn't worth complaining, but mentioning was the heat/air. One minute it was hot, and twenty minutes later cold. Thermostat wasn't adjusting correctly. But I sleep fine no issues. I will be back again very soon hopefully. Food/Bar great service as well.. None of the staff were there since my last stay. I mean NO ONE. These staff were a pleasure to talk to and made my stay enjoyable. With the new staff, I do not intend to stay here again.
