Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, a little outdated, very friendly staff!!! Excellent Staff!!! Room was nice as well as most of the hotel. Pool area was very outdated and needed some repair. Large vehicle parking was absolutely a mess! Very difficult to park anything larger then a small van or pick-up truck. No room for buses or larger vehicles! April 26, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Bed, Cleanliness Lacking Checked in on a Friday evening and, although nice, the room seemed very small. For a king room with a pull-out sofa, we had a hard time getting both the sofa pulled out and finding a spot for the pack-n-play for the baby. Upon checking in to our room, we discovered 2 beers left in the back of the room refrigerator. Not a terrible thing to find in the room, but it didn't speak much of the housekeeping. Moving the coffee table to pull out the sofa bed, there were toe nail clippings on the carpet. Large nail clippings. Someone's big toes don't get much attention and the carpet in the room didn't get much vacuuming either. Then I moved the trash can out of the bathroom and found a used Q-tip on the floor behind the trash can. Makes me wonder how often the floor in the bathroom gets cleaned. Besides the room size and housekeeping oversights, the bed was very comfortable, front desk staff was very friendly on check-in and having an indoor pool was a nice touch when travelling with kids. The location was great for spending a weekend in Wilmington and the stay was on par for the price point. April 19, 2015
