Pillows in room were very old and useless.
Noise from heater was too loud.
Woken up by other guests in early hour of the morning.
Breakfast is no better than that of a Holidy Inn - Express.

Lovely hotel, only stayed one night but will definitely recommend & hope to stay again asap, friendly staff, clean comfortable room & lovely breakfast - what more can you ask for? & all for a great price as we booked more than 21 days before staying.

This was our second stay, we like the modern design of the hotel overall & the bathrooms are excellent with lovely roomy shower cubicles.
The only downside to our stay was the service in the restaurant on the Saturday evening.We booked a table for 8.30 ,our drink order took at least 25 minutes to arrive at our table which was surprising as it was just a bottle of water & we were sat the nearest table to the bar area!
However the food was very good & we did have dinner again in the restaurant the following evening & as we were the only guests got excellent service.

Great check-in , Claire I think , had forgotten phone charger and one was found for me straight away . Great Exec rooms , all the nice little touches . Very good dinner and reasonable price .

Stayed in exec room very spacious floor to ceiling windows and lovely views booked in advance so got great rate. Very clean and modern hotel, this is our second stay here and would come again.

After a night flight into Gatwick, my husband and I always stop for one night at Stonehenge HI to catch up on jet lag before driving home to Cornwall. We always arrive mid morning and the staff bend over backwards to accommodate us. We have done this now on over 6 occasions and the staff and hotel are wonderful.

Travel around the UK is becoming increasingly stressful. This location is ideally placed for business visits throughout the South of England. The location standard is first class throughout.
All of the staff are very professional and friendly and go out of their way ensure that everything meets a very high standard. I am always acknowledged as a Platinum member and upgrades are nearly always made available. I always feel like a valued customer so it is the first accomodation I think of when in the area. The bar and restaurant are modern clean and very well attended by the staff. Stays always never fail to impress me and this location and standard of service should be held up as flagship for the group and other hotels to aim to achieve. Please do not let the standards drop it is a gem.

The hotel itself is lovely and in the prefect location for Stonehenge and onward journeys. If it had leisure facilities on site it would be perfect. Great for parking, with a petrol station, co-op and pub on site too. The only down side was the restaurant- quite expensive for what we got and we were told we would only have to wait "30 minutes for a table" when it actually took an hour and fifteen minutes! In fairness we were given a complimentary drink for this wait, but had we known how long the wait would be (and how late-not sitting down until 21:30 when we had had a long day and an early start the next day), we would have just gone to the pub over the road.
Everything else was lovely, including breakfast. Lots of choice and very efficient. Though I do think they charge a little too much for the room, and only because they advertise themselves as "Holiday Inn Stonehenge". It's still 10 minutes or so up the main road and they could charge a little less.

A lovely stay thank you. The hotel is very conveniently situated for Salisbury, Longleat and Stonehenge. The staff were very polite and attentive. The hotel was smart but warm and relaxing. The bedroom was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.

Very good venue with above average bar/ restaurant facilities.
Ideal as a place to meet up with individuals from several locations.
Bed rooms reasonably well appointed but do not have opening windows ,relying instead on air wall mounted air conditioning units, which in some rooms were noisy in operation. Staff were made aware of this problem and a note made

I stayed here as a surprise visit to my partner who' stationed at a nearby barracks, I booked the executive room asked for the top floor which the staff did , I arrived early & asked if an early check in was possible as my partner only had one day off before he was leaving again .. .. the staff were great & made that possible, We also had a late check out which was really good & gave us more time together , when I rang the front desk to say the i pod dock was missing in our room they were knocking the door with the dock before I could put the phone down! The food at the restaurant was very good & served quckly ,the atmosphere was relaxed which was exactly what we needed "Chill out" time together .....my only gripe would be that the wine was a bit pricey & very "moorish" ....We would like to say to all the staff who went the extra mile to help me make my surprise visit "extra special" our night was perfect ....THANKYOU .
