Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Loved the pillows We were very happy with the beds and bedding. Very nice quality. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Only one negative and that was parking. The parking structure was narrow and not easy to navigate. I realize that this is an old city and parking is what it is. August 28, 2015

Great facilities available including restaurant, pool, exercise area. Close to entertainment. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by parking We are seniors and found the hotel very difficult to get to. The local construction did not help either. We were satisfied with everything except the parking for hotel guests. It was brutal. We have been staying in holiday inns since 1970 and this parking situation was the worst ever. To charge 15 dollars to park was ridiculous. August 20, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Below Average I was not greeted as a Platinum member. Internet did not work for us the first night, I informed the front desk and their response was "hmm, it should work." I booked our room 3 months in advance, but the only room they had available for us was right next to the elevator, which was very loud and obnoxious. Never received my welcome points until submitting a missing points form. The best part of this stay was the location. August 19, 2015
