Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice visit Unusual parking arrangements, not sure I'd want to drive it in the winter (steep ramps). Had a room by the elevators and 3 soccer teams were in the hotel but noise was not a problem. Asked front desk for a barber for son, were unable to help, we googled and figured it out but perhaps a list of close amenities and times of operation would be helpful? No complaints. Bathrooms are small. May 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Close to everything but wifi I stay regularly at this property. It is convenient to all things downtown and the staff are great. The disappointment here is the wifi. You can easily connect, however it is so slow that most times the page will time out before you get it. I normally have to use my phone as a hotspot when I stay here. Internet is important to me so if it wasn't for this hotel's location, and the fact I am a loyal IHG supporter, I would find another place. May 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel...Even Greater Staff!! My hotel stay was great...have never had a disappointing stay. Cleanliness of room and bathroom were very good. Comfort of the bed and pillows were tops. New restaurant is running and has great food! Would recommend the Roasted Red Pepper word AWESOME! On a disappointing note, I did have an issue with the WiFi connectivity as was almost non-existent with only 1 minimal bar and occasionally 2. Unfortunately, I had work that needed to be completed but unable to do so without the internet. When I called down tot he desk was advised about the business center, but that wasn't an option for me. As a suggestion, may want to look at adding a Wifi booster or extender on the higher floors, to help eliminate these kind of issues. Otherwise, everything was a great stay for business! May 13, 2015
