Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by It is overkill Sometimes, you should really let the guest do whatever they want to. Ok, here is my story. I stayed two nights for three rooms. Because I want to participate the promotion "into the night" then I need to book one night of one room by APP. All the rest I booked with third party for cash back. After that, the reservation manager left me message for making too many bookings (not first time). And they just ADD another two bookings to my account. Fine, that is too much, I made you guys confused. Just made it simple, i changed to two reservations: one night for three rooms all by cell app, the other night by third party. When I tried to check in, front desk ask me to combine the two reservations, because this can save time for both of us, fine, I lost cash back. After checking in, I found they broke my first reservation to three, which means I may lose the cell booking. And just now, I received an email with my friend's name ask me to write a review...Ok, I may lose the points... I really like the hotel, they provide good package for shopping, even though the decoration is pretty old, the maintenance can compensate. But you guys should thrust a guest's behavior, especially for elite members, they know what they want after so many stays, and how to benefit the most from staying, not just change their reservations. Care too much could be a bad thing for guests. December 6, 2014
