Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful stay Upon arrival, the hotel left a great impression with the open and clean front area, modern décor, and friendly reception staff. The room was spacious and very clean, well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the free internet. The gym and swimming pool were lovely. My only small complaint which I think the hotel has very little control over is the noise from sirens and street traffic at night. Otherwise, I had a very pleasant August 20, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by chaotic check in, under staffed and average check in was chaotic - clearly they were under staffed. the front desk staff was excellent, but clearly stressed. both elevators were broken at check in - we were on the 6th floor so we opted for supper first. room was fine, average for what we needed. bed was comfortable and room was quiet and dark (and cold! which was great for us) parking is not great for large vehicles bathroom had dirty towels check out was fast and easy August 19, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Very bad One of the worst experience I had with this hotel Insect in the room. Ac system not working. Room smelling. Old furniture. Needs lot of upgrade. Not upto high reputation of Holiday inn. Staff good. It is not worth for the money you pay. I will never stay in this property and not recommend it to any one. Management very very bad. Needs lot of training how to handle situations and treat guests. Thank you August 16, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice, quiet downtown hotel I travel a lot. This is one of the quieter hotels I've stayed in recently. The rooms are situated in such a way that you don't get much hallway noise from passers-by. The price was right as well. Also, there is a great pool, a not very busy Starbucks just around the corner and a very good restaurant. My only real complaint is paying $10/day to walk a fair distance through the parkade to the hotel. You are either in the parkade or in an adjoining building the whole way though so at least you aren't exposed to the elements while you bring your bags in. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much and I will stay again for my future business trips to Winnipeg. August 5, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Average experience I don't typically stay at this hotel when in Winnipeg but the group I was travelling with wanted to. It was a good experience. I found the hotel staff difficult at times to understand. I really disliked the long walk from the parkade through a dimly lit hallway. July 28, 2014
