Easy parking, convenient location and good service with nice rooms and a good on site restaurant. Everything you need when visiting Winnipeg on business. October 2, 2015

My only complaint is poor internet service and for this reason I might not book again at this hotel. There was a technical support phone number provided which I did call. After some trouble shooting with the IT guy on the phone the internet connection continued to be very poor, with continuous booting off and reconnecting . September 27, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great room but lobby, parking, and restaurant fall short My first impression of the Holiday Inn Winnipeg South was not a good one. There is limited parking on the first floor and I found it difficult to maneuver my little Toyota Corolla between all the building supports which one can easily hit. The second and third floors of the parking deck do not have direct entrance to those floors. One has to walk down to the lobby level and then take an elevator to the desired floor. The lobby is in need of updating and the restaurant's breakfast buffet is only average. The garlic shrimp I had for dinner one night had no flavor and was accompanied by equally undistinguished rice and vegetables. Once in the room, however, it was a different story. The room was large, the beds comfortable, the TV worked great, and the desk was marvelous to work at. The room had a great view of downtown and the surrounding area. The desk and bed lamps had electric outlets which is wonderful and there was a microwave and a refrigerator which I consider "must haves" September 25, 2015
