Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Well done new rooms c/w good lighting, We were unable to head home due to a Winter Storm. We chose this Hotel based on past experiences there. The Hotel Lobby and Restaurant areas were being Renovated and this created a minor change in the level of service usually offered. While the Hotel still offered food and beverage service it was somewhat limited. We had both Dinner and Breakfast. The Dinner while acceptable was not up to the usual standards both in variety offered and quality of the food, "not very hot". The Breakfast was of a higher standard with the food selection quite good and the product tasty. But again as with the Dinner the food was not very hot. This was due to the difficulties posed by preparing the food on a different level than where it was served. We will wait until the Renovations are completed but will stay here again in the future. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by An absolute disaster I have been a Gold member with IC Hotels for many years. I can say this is the worst experience that I have had a hotel in many, many years. The property is old. They are attempting to renovate the property and it's a complete WRECK. How they can expect for people to stay at the hotel with this level of renovations going is beyond me... The staff was not very friendly. The parking garage is the worst I have ever seen in my life. It's dirty, poorly lit, very spooky and extremely difficult to navigate through. The only positive thing I can say that if you can put up with everything else, the room was clean and was fairly comfortable. February 2, 2016
