Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Management Well, ill never stay here again. They decided to power wash the entire exterior of the building at 7AM and I come out of the shower to two men on a boom lift outside my window. I contacted managment; thier response "sorry nothing we can do, it takes all day to finish the building". Let alone the complete disregard for my personal privacy, there was no notice to guests about the activities going on and the response of the managment was absurd to the point of disgust. I hope things change here because this how you lose dedicated customers. May 1, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel Great location, close to LEGOLAND. Very good restaurants near hotel. Room was clean and front desk provided a quick check in and check out. Good breakfast buffet in the dining room. Overall a very good hotel and would stay again. April 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel a few issues This is a great hotel. The staff is wonderful. !!! The only negative things are 1) the Mattresses are very dated and worn out. I have stayed in multiple rooms and all the beds are the same they need to be replaced. 2) get rid of the single cup coffee makers and go back to the small 3 to 5 cup pots. The single cups are just worthless. 3) Some of the furniture is very dated. 1980's dated and should be replaced with more modern and comfortable furniture. April 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Top of the Line HIE&S This great hotel experience started with the staff at checkin and never letup. We came at a very busy time when all rooms were booked and asked the staff to juggle rooms based upon our needs. Uncomplainingly and with genuine concern for our wellbeing and comfort - this staff convincingly met our every need and request during our 4 day stay. It was obvious that the owners and managers of this hotel were leading and motivating their employees in the true ethic of customer service. April 26, 2015
