Only complaint was that they didn't tell me the lift was out of service and no one offered to help me cary my heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs! other than that very good November 27, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fitted the bill Stayed at this hotel for a 2 day conference and didn't leave the hotel for 3 days as it has everything required to make your stay a pleasant one. The rooms were a little tired with the bathroom showing a bit of wear and tear but the bed was comfortable and room quite and dark during the night.Considering this is a business hotel only having two sockets in the room is just incredible, hopefully whoever designed this has found a new profession. A trailing multi-plug had been installed as a temporary measure but you had to be careful not pull this off the wall and you still couldn't have the tv and kettle on at the same time. The staff were great and we had 2 nights of drinking and dining in the informal atmosphere of the bar with the staff being attentive and polite. November 22, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good and bad bits We combined a stay here with a race meeting, eating in the Horizons restaurant which was absolutely top drawer. The hotel wasn't quite as good as this for a number of reasons: 1. two rooms booked, one was a reward night (so clearly I am a regular H Inn customer) yet the breakfast for the reward night room was a massive £13.50 per person. This is extortionate and not worth that money. £10 max is more appropriate and also was told on check in that couldn't even book a breakfast just pitch up and pay. Not indicative of 'reward customer' status...disappointing. 2. on arrival the lift was out of order. I had my two elderly parents with me and there was no offer to assist with their bags nor even suggest that they could use the lift in the racecourse building which we found later that evening. Very poor attention to customer needs. Great race meeting and staff at racecourse...shame the hotel element isn't to the same standard. November 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room and service I felt very much at home in the short stay at Wolverhampton Holiday Inn, had a scuffle with the elevator wanting to stop in between floor but otherwise the staff were polite, the service was efficient and non-invasive. The beds were comfortable and provided me with some well needed sleep for a busy working weekend. Thank you to all of your team. November 12, 2014
