Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Excuses Excuses and Excuses Check in was great so my expectations were raised, however the wifi was poor and this is when the excuses started - 1) oh its been bad for some time and there is nothing we can do OK so that told me Got up for an early start and was informed breakfast began at 6.30am so due to my tight schedule I decided I could fit it in Arrived just after 6.30 to be told that the hot food wasn't ready apart from the bacon. Everything came out by 6.50 which wasn't great for If you advertise breakfast to begin at 6.30 then there is no excuse for it to not be fully set up at that time. Surely you must have a plan and routine to get things ready by this point as you do it every day. Very poor service. I assume you will apologise and give the standard reply about hoping I will come back Don't bother with that reply as I wont be April 25, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by uncomfortable camp bed Staff were the most friendly in any hotel I've stayed in. They were all extremely smiley and kind.A very friendly hotel with a lovely atmosphere. However, the camp bed was very uncomfortable. this was a shame as it effected my rest and something that I feel should be rectified. April 15, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by do not stay The hotel looks good, but the service does not match the appearance. I am a platinum member and had to get the young lady to check 3 times that there was a room available for an upgrade, as she said that here was not, but the web said there was. Room was good except door latch would not lock. No paper for me in the morning, despite ordering one. Dinner service was the worst I have ever come across. I saw at least 4 couples complain. People coming in as a group, after I had ordered gt served before me. Had to chase for everything. ,No manager available at 09:00 and had just arrived at 10:00 when I checked out. The lady on reception who checked me out was very good as was breakfast. I complained to help improve the hotel. \I very rarely complain and praise far more than I ever complain. But despite the young lady taking my mobile number, the manager did not contact me and still hasn't. Not a good experience. April 12, 2015
