Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Bromsgrove in the countryside! Beautiful rural location so close to Birmingham. Modern hotel and it has a pool /spa too . Didn't use that and don't know what other facilities it has, but it seemed popular with users arriving who weren't guests. Wrong side of Birmingham for the NEC but worth the trip. Great location for Cadbury world and anything west or south of Brum. May 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and clean Upon my first impression I felt the hotel was very inviting. The foyer area was very airy and modern with plenty of room to check-in with our children and bags. The room was very clean and of a good size. We booked as a family and feel the room was aimed more at executives as it looked very formal. Saying this it was clean, warm and comfortable. We all slept well and have no noise whats so ever so very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast the following morning was fantastic and was buffet style. Plenty to choose from so everyone was happy to eat something they liked. April 29, 2015

Breakfast choice is very good and food is good. room very good but it's a pity that there was air condintioning noice from outside, although it did not interrupt my sleep. Soft pillow was rtoo shallow, firm pillow a bit too firm but right plumpness. Swimming pool and Gym excellent for my wife to pass the time while I was out on business. April 27, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Excuses Excuses and Excuses Check in was great so my expectations were raised, however the wifi was poor and this is when the excuses started - 1) oh its been bad for some time and there is nothing we can do OK so that told me Got up for an early start and was informed breakfast began at 6.30am so due to my tight schedule I decided I could fit it in Arrived just after 6.30 to be told that the hot food wasn't ready apart from the bacon. Everything came out by 6.50 which wasn't great for If you advertise breakfast to begin at 6.30 then there is no excuse for it to not be fully set up at that time. Surely you must have a plan and routine to get things ready by this point as you do it every day. Very poor service. I assume you will apologise and give the standard reply about hoping I will come back Don't bother with that reply as I wont be April 25, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by uncomfortable camp bed Staff were the most friendly in any hotel I've stayed in. They were all extremely smiley and kind.A very friendly hotel with a lovely atmosphere. However, the camp bed was very uncomfortable. this was a shame as it effected my rest and something that I feel should be rectified. April 15, 2015
