Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for the money... The Worthington HI is a good value for the money. I will stay there again. The hotel is showing its age though. It could use a freshening physically. The staff was courteous and helpful. I felt that the "free" breakfast was not up to the standards of other hotels in the area. An omelet/made to order eggs station would greatly improve the quality and value. The restaurant's menu needs to be improved also. Very limiting in appeal. The bar staff was overwhelmed the night I was there and disappeared for a length of time. November 23, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not horrible, but not a good Holiday Inn experience. Upon check in, I was given room keys that didn't work. After going back to the desk I received keys to the room which when entering I found clothing and luggage. Realizing I was in someone else's room, I went back to the desk where with out apology or concern was given a key to a different room which was clean and orderly. Slept well until someone knocked on our door at 7:00 am asking if we were checking out that day. We said yes and they asked if we were the Wallace's. We are not. Then at 8:30 an early check out Bill was slid under the door with a third name on it. Gee, glad I'm a priority club member... November 6, 2014
