Fridge didn't work, shower was horrible (curtain was installed so close that one of my shoulders touched the wall while the other touched the curtain - very uncomfortable), they lost my dry cleaning for a day (didn't feel like the staff cared and they didn't even offer to make it right), lastly one of the days I was in a time crunch so I tried breakfast in the restaurant. I ordered a meat skillet but got a vegetarian. So, all round bad experience. I will choose a different location on my next visit to Columbus. July 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing experience!! The Holiday Inn in Columbus N - I-270 Worthington was amazing. The Front desk employees greeted us with a smile, and made us feel very comfy. All the staff and employees were very friendly and attended our needs every time we would call front desk if we needed anything. The room had a lot of space and very clean, and love the idea of the safe that was included in the room for our personal need of safety for our valuable items. The Manager was very friendly and wonderful on the phone when I talked to him. I would definitely recommend this location Holiday Inn to all my friends and family. If I were to rate this hotel, it would be a 20 out of a 10, way up there. July 26, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by smokers paradise We checked into the room and were immediately hit by a wall of the smell of cigarette smoke. Called down to the front desk to complain/ask for a different room, and were told the hotel was sold out, but they could spray a neutralizer. about 3 hours later maintenance came in and sprayed a fragrance that was nauseating. Talked to front desk staff and they told us that was all they could do, but thanked us for letting them know so they could charge the previous guests. Poorly handled. Not a quality room, won't be going back, ever! July 26, 2015
