During my business trip to Wuhan, I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn WUHAN RIVERSIDE. Staff there were very kind to me and helped me as possible as they can. It is my first choice to stay at there again when I go to Wuhan.

Having had to reschedule my internal travel plans at very short notice, the front desk staff went out of their way to help me, they understood the situation I was in and made every effort to help me find a way through it.
Fantastic service, very much appreciate the help, particulalry from the check in team.

Well recently I put up at this hotel twice within the month of April 2013 ,the stay is pretty great except for the club level lounge .it is the poorest manage lounge I have ever attended , the drinks and food is very bad not to mention the services on this executive level . Anyway the overall of all service sector serving guest is good except the club level lounge.
The vicinity around this hotel is quiet and most guest here are Japanese or Russian perhaps it is just along side of he river with great views.
I have to admit that the reception area staffs are very attentive and swift in checking in and out guest with great attention paid on each arriving guest of diffenrent nationality.
I will revisit this hotel again and hope the club level lounge will have revamp it's executive floor lounge image mentioned above.
It is my third visit to wuhan and I have only stayed twice at this hotel and once at the Shangrila wuhan , the club level is 10 x better.

本次入住实现前台已经把房间准备好，房间的花洒也事先认真检查过。
每次电话要求送物品及打扫服务也很及时的响应。
就是点的中餐热干面过于咸，吃了一点就不能吃了，对于35元的费用来说，实在不敢恭维。

view from riverside is pretty fantasy ,
room is clean ,service is nice .
Be honestly , room is a little bit small as this is a holidayinn ,but not a holiday inn express .

The hotel has a perfect location, the vision of the room is very good. Rooms are very large, very reasonable layout, I really like this hotel.

Travelling from Sydney - Australia,I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Hotels in China, Africa and also in Australia however my all time favourite is Wuhan Riverside. The staff are excellent and the service superb, led by a very capable Director of Rooms. I always look forward to my visit, it feels like home and makes living out if a suitcase, bearable.
