Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 礼宾极差,卫生脏差 从机场出租车��到酒店大门口,大堂出来个胖胖的穿着制服的礼宾,看了我一眼没有开车门就绕到另一边,还以为他去帮着开后备箱取行李。等我结完帐自己开门下车,发现人家绕到另一边去看风景了。后来是出租车司机下车帮着取的行李。。。。住了国内外这么多年的酒店,头一次遇到这种服务的。第一印象就跌到了最低点,卫生间洗手台上面有成年积垢,一看就是从来没用清洁剂仔细擦过的。 奉劝大家以后出行千万不要入住西安这家holiday Inn。随便找个三星的宾馆也不会比这家体验差。----再补充下,市区出行大堂礼宾是绝对不会给你叫出租的,一旦结账了去机场就特热情来帮叫出租车了。 我来的时候从咸阳机场自己打车到酒店RMB110,走的时候礼宾叫的出租从酒店到咸阳机场RMB160. 其中的猫腻大家都知道。。。。 February 20, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by All good except one weird thing I was checking in at the front desk and I was told that I'm a platinum member, my room has been assigned and I can check in directly on the top floor. So I thought my room was on the top floor, I went to the top floor to check in. Since it was late, I waited for a couple of min for someone to show up to check me in and then found out my room was not on that floor. I mean, if my room is not on the top floor, why do I want to go up to check in and come down again... Its just a bit of confusing and weird... The rest things are all fine. February 13, 2015
